We stayed at Wilderness Lodge in Morganton, and it was the most perfect place for morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds SO comfortable. We appreciate the Luxury touch of robes by Above The Rest! The whole experience was was a time to relax and breath fresh air again.

We had a lot of fun in Blue Ridge and have been back once a year for the past three years. This time we decided to bring some friends and needed a bigger place. We decided on Above The Rest Cabin Rentals and picked Antler Lodge. We rented Antler Lodge from 6/13/21 to 6/23/21. The roads to Antler Lodge are a bit rough but manageable in a two wheel drive car. This must be expected in the mountains. The house inside and out is beautiful. There is a long flat driveway with a creek at the bottom of the property. We entered the house and were greeted with 86 degree temperatures, thermostats set to 60

This was our first experience with Above the Rest Luxury Cabins. We stayed at Dream Catcher, a little 2-bedroom cabin just 10 minutes from the little town of Blue Ridge. The cabin was beautiful and very well-kept. There are detailed instructions for everything inside the cabin. There is an entire stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, hot tub, fireplace, and towels provided. There is even a large binder in the living room with directions to several waterfalls, hiking trails, and family activities.
The fall leaves were beautiful and it is quiet and secluded.

My family and I including our fur baby had a great stay at Above the rest cabin rentals. Check in was easy no waiting in line just pull up and go right in. We stayed in Plane View and the cabin was just as advertised, it was clean, the views were amazing and I thought it was a nice touch with the welcome gift. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend this cabin to others.

I booked the "In Your Dreams" cabin for my intimate elopement between my now husband and I since we are both from Texas and wanted to explore the mountain towns of Georgia.
First, I would like to say that the owner and their team is very responsive to both email and phone call. All of my questions were answered. This cabin has a lovely balcony that highlights the mountain view which was perfect for our ceremony. The attention to detail that they put in their cabins is charming and makes the place feel like home. It is secluded, yet not too far from town.

We were ready for a getaway and wanted something familiar to our family. We’ve stayed with Above the Rest Luxury Cabins many times before. Their office staff are so nice and receptive. We chose a cabin that we hadn’t been to before, Howling Wolf. This cabin is located off of the mountain where their office is located. Howling Wolf was essentially halfway between Blue Ridge, GA and Murphy, NC. Like I said before, we’ve stayed closer to Blue Ridge many times and ventured south a lot, so being further north was a nice reason to try out things in NC and TN. The cabin was as clean as a new house

We had a great weekend getaway in the Happy Trails cabin. Spacious and comfortable, Happy Trails by far had the most incredible view on top of a mountain ridge overlooking the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Plus, the property managers go above and beyond for the guests and their pups. We even had a dead car battery on our way out of town, and within 10 minutes of calling their office, we had a jumper cable starting the car. Highly recommend!

If you want to enjoy the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains while staying in a cabin ... look no further. This is the company to rent a cabin with. My family (dad and siblings) with my best friend and my boxer Shaq rented the Plane View cabin for 8 days and we had so much fun. The cabin was gorgeous, pet friendly, spacious, enough beds for everyone (even the “twin” beds were big). The supermarket was 15min away and we were in a very centric location to most of the trails and so close to Blue Ridge Lake. The hot tub was big for all of us to fit and the view ... you have to see it for yourself
