I feel compelled to write a review after the great service I have received from Paco and his team. After years of struggling with my IT, I was referred to Paco from another colleague. When you hire Prodigy, you are hiring them for the service and knowledge and not their pricing. From my first consultation with Paco, it has been nothing but smooth sailing. They communicate everything, every step of the way.

In addition to relying on ProdigyTeks to troubleshoot our tech problems, we've contracted with them to provide remote tech support for my father-in-law. It's challenging for him to discern whether an alert on his laptop requires action, or whether it's clickbait, and ProdigyTeks provides invaluable peace of mind (for a reasonable price) to ensure his computer is safe. With remote access, they can jump on and troubleshoot during COVID when we can't be there. The team is always professional, reliable, and truly delightful to work with--and they've saved my data more than once! Highly recommend.

Easy to recommend! I'm a freelancer who needed help with my custom build. I didn't trust the big box computer repair with a project that's not on their support menu. When I had an issue connecting my external hard drive to a new computer Paco came to the rescue! For months I had worried I had lost hundreds of family photos and videos but no one I reached out to seemed to have an answer. Not only did Paco provide great service but he immediately explained what the problem was and provided next steps. What I liked most was how he really cared to give fast service and that he made himself available to provide support until I had all my files back. I highly recommend ProdigyTeks,Inc for all your computer repair and setup needs. Paco came to my home to fix my work HP Laptop and my personal Mac computer. In under 2 hours he resolved every issue that I had and showed me how to troubleshoot the problems so I could fix them myself in the future. They offer a 7 day warranty on the service provided and told me to be certain to contact him if I needed something addressed.

I recently called ProdigyTeks because I had a terrible virus on my laptop that I use daily when I work from home. I was unable to do anything on it. I called ProdigyTeks and spoke with Paco about my issue. He assured me that he was confident they would be able to repair the laptop and restore all of my files. That same day, I was able to drop off my laptop and by the very next day it was as good as new! He was able to restore all of my work files, pictures of my children and it worked faster than before.
