Wrong information was given to me about the dates for an upcoming weekend, so I booked the last weekend in February. They charged my card for the full amount right away for 2 nights. When I found out it was the last weekend in January, I called and the front desk clerk said she would try to find me a room, but at the time they were fully booked. She never called back to tell me she found us a room, no voicemail, no email confirmation was given. We were not able to attend the gathering of about 30 friends. It was not their fault that I booked it originally incorrectly, but they never told me until

Driving through Wisconsin and decided to stop for the night. Through GPS this place popped up. I called at 915 pm and the woman who answered was pleasant saying no matter what time we got there we could get in. It is a small mo and pop motel that uses real keys instead of swipe cards. The room was very reasonably priced and large. We had a king and queen bed, desk with roller chair, and big arm chair. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and hair dryer. The water was hard, but the towels were soft. Our only issue was that some of the outlets were very loose making it hard to plug
