It's been hit & miss for us with this business. We bought a new UTV and upgraded a lot of things about it. They convinced us to upgrade our doors from netting to canvas & it was a WASTE of money. Dirt got in the zippers and the windows never unzipped properly. Then the door stopped closing properly and we had to climb across the seat. I'll upgrade the doors again with power switches & the salesman should have suggested that to begin with and it would have saved us money. Pretty sure we won't buy our next toy here because who wants to feel ripped off...

Very easy sales folks to deal with. Any questions I had, as a first time buyer were answered promptly. They allotted me time with all the Atm brands they had, even though I had my mind set on a particular one. I asked about common failures and strengths in each brand and the answered all those without sugar coating, or trying to steer me towards a particular brand. When I went to pick up my machine, the paperwork was available then and there, the inspection portion went quickly, and once again I asked questions pertaining to maintenance, upkeep, failure components, etc.

Glad they had the trailer. Customer service was excellent and they were super helpful. The only thing that wasn’t good was the lack of ATV’s to buy. I was hoping to buy a side by side but there wasn’t any, just like everywhere else after going there. But that wasn’t their faults Honda and other companies can’t provide the equipment to the dealers. But thanks for having a trailer

There is a reason this was the North American dealership of the year. Josh and his team of professionals have a Alaskans driving hundreds of miles for their deals and excellent hospitality. I have never had a more personnel relationship with any recreational dealer in the past. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Just attended an avalanche rescue practices workshop. Avalanche1's Mike Duffy was here. DPS was an amazing host. I buy all my sled and ATV stuff here as well as many other Alaskan's that drive 100's of miles past other dealers for the quality treatment you get here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
