Kuehner Law Firm strives to be a force for good in the world. We view every case as an opportunity to make a person's life better and make a difference in our community. We are the voice for widows, children, the hurt, and disabled. We have concern for the greater good and find fulfillment through our work and service to others.
Our family found Kevin quite by circumstance. We had heard how clever he was in solving another case and called him to help us. He took our son's case from his poorly represented first problem to the appeals court and gave our son back to us. He was VERY reachable by phone, text, etc. and I boldly drill him for advice to this day.

Kevin Kuehner is a Syracuse personal injury attorney with more than 15 years of experience in representing people with life-changing personal injuries. He represents clients who have been killed or hurt due to motor vehicle crashes, medical errors, work-related accidents, negligent property owners, faulty products, and nursing home neglect and abuse.
Kuehner Law Firm serves clients who have experienced serious, life-changing injuries. We consider an injury to be serious and life-changing if it caused serious harm to you AND resulted in you living your life in a very different and limited way. Life-changing injuries produce physical, psychological, emotional, and financial harm.
According to the CDC, a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is an injury that changes the way the brain normally works and can be caused by "a bump, blow, or jolt to the head or a penetrating head injury." TBIs may range from mild to severe. Brain injuries are scored using the Glascow Coma Scale which measures eye opening, motor responses, and verbal response.
A spinal cord injury is caused by some form of trauma to the spinal cord which results in either a short-term or permanent sensory or motor deficit. SCIs would not include degenerative disc diseases which are non-traumatic. Each year, it is estimated there are about 17,000 new Spinal Cord Injury cases in the United States.

Kevin doesn't just possess a very keen knowledge of the law, he also has a great deal of compassion for his clients and guides them through the long very difficult process of defending themselves against harm done to them. I am honored to be on his legal team fighting for those who cannot fight for themselves!

Kevin & his staff are amazing- constant communication & went above & beyond helping me - for example - referred me to a surgeon for a separate medical issue i needed attention on , called him Friday & he got me an appt that following monday in an extremely busy medical practice- helped give advice to the lady i got in an accident with when she was getting upset/frustrated w/ her law firm & his paralegal spent hour on phone w/ her while she was a passenger in a car on a Friday afternoon to go to a wedding! I have so many examples - being in an accident is beyond frustrating dealing with evil insurance

Kevin Kuehner is a good person and a great lawyer. I have referred several clients, family and friends to him and he has always done everything he can to help those in need of his help. Medical malpractice is a complicated area of the law and it takes someone with Kevin's ability and compassion to navigate these types of problems and help achieve the best results possible.
