I called from Tennessee. I knew I was too late to try to get flowers for Mother's Day, but I tried on a whim. I spoke with Shirley and was trying to tell her "Thank You" for at least listening and trying to help. She VERY RUDELY interrupted me as I was speaking to rush me off the phone. I'm sure she's busy. Much too busy to be hospitable. I'm from the South. We just don't speak to each other that way. Just very poor customer service. Maybe I'll send her some flowers next week to brighten her day and encourage kindness.
