Becky was raised in Oregon. She went to Lane Community College for her Assisting degree, obtained in 1990. She has been working with Dr. Wood for 20 yrs and Dr. Schapper since he joined the practice in 2013. She is married and has 3 young adult children. She loves working outside in her yard, sewing and baking.

Complete Dental Health has been our family dentists for over a decade. They have always been fantastic with everything from working with my kids to care for my mother who has Alzheimer's. They are always friendly, personable, respectful, compassionate, understanding, and realistic with care and needs. Our family is looking forward to using their services for many more years.

I’ve had multiple neck vertebrae surgeries and required X-rays. The staff took my safety first while trying to get the X-rays. Once they go the X-ray. Instead of immediately pulling the bad teeth they referred me to a specialist to keep from injuring my neck further. All the staff were kind and friendly.

We love Complete Dental on Hill street in Albany. My daughter and I have been going there for years. Everyone is always friendly and smiling! I love that my 6 year old asks me in between cleaning, "Mom, when do I get to go back to my dentist?" The treasure box at the end of thie visit and the friendly staff keep her wanting to come back. I just love her Dentist! He is so great with her, as all the staff are! Thank you Complete Dental for making a trip to the dentist a fun experience for my daughter!

Very helpful with my son needing a quick emergency appt to pull a seriously bad tooth. even though he is an adult he has disabilities and ptsd when it comes to people he doesn't know. most places won't allow his dad back with him because of covid because of the circumstances his dad was able to go back and sit with him during the extraction and everything went well. staff was kind and caring.

We had 3 appts within 3 weeks. My husband & I were both very happy with our visits to your office. But the most important appt was for my elderly mother. My mom has Dementia & has forgotten recently that she can walk. Thank you to the frontdesk gals that worked my mother into the extra time, in order to help her. Bringing her into the office was an ordeal! ALL STAFF were so caring & patient in helping her. The doctor took extra care to complete all the work needed in ONE appointment and was so very kind. The doctor and his assistants are nice but One of the receptionist was very condescending and rude!!! And has been like that every visit!! I would never keep an employee in an office that makes everyone around them uncomfortable!! You can visibly see how much more comfortable people are when she’s not there!

Love everyone at both locations! My whole family goes here and we’ve had nothing but great experiences! The staff is funny, welcoming and knowledgeable. I had some out of pocket expenses for a cosmetics bleaching and was pleasantly surprised by their fair prices. They also quickly got my son in after he chipped his two FRONT TEETH and fixed him up quickly and turned something traumatic in to an easy fix! I’m so glad I was referred here and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This was my first visit and I was so pleased with this office! The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. My hygienist, Bri, was amazing! She explained everything she was doing and why. This was the best cleaning I have ever had! The dentist explained all my options for the upcoming care that I would need and even took pictures of my problem areas and showed me what he would do. Five stars +++

I hate going to the dentist. Every time I go I have the worst feeling in my stomach. They get me in and out really quick, but doing a great job every time. Any questions I have they have answers. Very positive attitudes from everyone. I always feel better after letting them know how I feel because they try to lighten the mood for me and I appreciate it every time. 10/10 would recommend.

I changed to Complete Dental Health a few years ago. I've been very happy with the switch. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and respectful of my time. I appreciate being able to book later afternoon appointments to accommodate my work schedule. I feel they address any concerns I have, and do a thorough job, without pressing any unnecessary equipment or procedures. I always leave feeling very positive and looking forward to the next appointment.
