Services
Consumer Credit Counseling Service, Inc. provides confidential, one-on-one, comprehensive money management and credit counseling. There is no fee for this service and counseling is provided either in person or by telephone. Just call our office at either 316-265-2000 (Wichita) or 785-827-6731 (Salina) and schedule an appointment.
Consumer Credit Counseling Service, Inc. offers a Debt Management Plan (DMP) when more assistance is needed. The DMP assists consumers in developing a repayment plan that is acceptable to their creditors and aids consumers in developing a budget that is livable and realistic within their available income.
Consumer Credit Counseling Service, Inc. (CCCS) is a certified HUD housing counseling agency and we offer free counseling for consumers seeking to purchase a home or to consumers who are past due on their rent or mortgage payment. CCCS offers free counseling to consumers whose rent or mortgage is delinquent.
Consumer Credit Counseling Service, Inc. can provide an in-depth explanation of your credit reports. Our Counselors can assist with understanding account summaries, how to dispute any possible errors on your report and how to improve your score to reach your desired goal. This service is provided at no charge and can be scheduled with a Certified Credit Counselor by contacting either our Salina or Wichita office.
Our education department strives to make information as accessible as possible. We offer low cost workshops in the areas of budgeting, money management, credit use and credit scores, holiday spending, teaching kids about money, checking accounts, home buying, and many other topics. Workshops can be tailored to meet specific topic and timeline needs and organizations or businesses can even sponsor workshops to be presented at their location.

Called over to the Salina location and was able to make an appointment and get answers for handling my student loans in the same day. I worked with Karen and she was honestly so amazing! She answered all of my questions and was honest about anything she did not have knowledge of (which was not much), she gave me a lot of good options and walked me through all the steps to help my student loans become more manageable. So glad I met with her!

I was considering Bankruptcy it would have been easy to go that route with long term consequences. Made an appointment with the CCCS Salina KS. staff and talked with Rodney. He was very patient with me at a hard financial time Two years later I'm getting to a debt free life and it's a great feeling! If you have debt issues go to CCCS Salina and they will help!
