He specializes in degenerative spine disease, traumatic spine injuries, geriatric fracture, spinal tumors, and other spinal conditions. He is seeing patients in our Englewood, and Paramus office.

From evaluation and diagnosis to prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation, we provide a range of conservative and progressive care options for bone, tendon, ligament, muscle and joint conditions.
Submit an online appointment request. Requests are checked Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You'll hear back from a scheduler as soon as possible (usually within 1 to 2 hours). Thanks in advance! We will confirm your details and phone the refill to the specified pharmacy. If you submit a request after hours, on a holiday, or on weekends, it will be addressed on the next business day. Prescription refill requests made online will only be honored if it is an active prescription, and approved by your doctor.
If your cast feels too snug or tight. Note: Swelling around the injury is common and can cause a cast to feel tight for the first 48 hours. Casts are used primarily for treating broken bones but can also help in the treatment of ligament or tendon injuries. A cast is full-time protection and support while the injury heals and should not be modified or removed unless your specialist approves.

I have been going to this practice for 20 years and would not go anyplace else! I moved away from the area 15 years ago and still travel to either Englewood or Paramus to see Dr. Pizzillo or Dr. Salob...I was seen today for a knee injury.
I am an RN and always recommend this practice. Dr. Pizzillo is by far one of the best hand/shoulder surgeons around! The in-person office went all right. However, it was absolutely impossible to talk to a nurse or a doctor, if you have a follow up question. I had a question for a visit from a few weeks ago. I waited for 15 -20 minutes to reach an operator . Then I was out on hold to speak to the nurse practitioner. After waiting for another 5-6 minutes, my line finally went through, but then got cut off!!! Almost half an hour was wasted! Not sure I want to go back there.

This is a large practice with many locations and many doctors but not a whole lot of concern for the patients. I took my son on a Tuesday morning to have his hand seen. He had hurt it the day before during a football practice. I called the morning after his visit to ask for a note, so he could be cleared to play. They told me the Dr. would write the Email. It never came. I called again the next day and waited all day. It never came. I showed up in person the next day. Terrible experience. I came in because I had runner's knee symptoms with the goal of meeting Dr. Salob, who wasn't available, so Dr. Morales replaced him. The front desk told me that I'm fully covered (Cigna).
Dr. Morales was nice and suggested I buy Brooks running shoes which I did the next day. Since I was wearing sandals, Dr. Morales recommended I take a pair of "Powerstep Pro" inserts home with me and try them out. Once the shoes arrived, I tried putting in the inserts that did not fit, so I ended up never using them.
Since then, I keep getting bills sent to my mail. When I call billing,

I waited for Dr. Shah’s group. I was seen by PA William James. He explained end answered my questions.. very knowledgable in his field. He is nice and professional.
