The real estate and housing market may not be as vibrant as it was a few years back, but selling your home before the end of the year may just be your best bet. This is especially so if you are considering selling your home either in the coming months or year. House Buyers of America CEO Nick Ron suggests choosing the devil you know over the devil you have no clue about.
Home prices have stagnated since the end of 2018. This phenomenon can be attributed to fewer people having enough money to invest in the real estate market thanks to the Federal Reserve which has continuously increased interest rates. In 2019, homeowners should not expect buyers to suddenly flood the market.

A very negative home buying experience with this company. I worked with Laura Hallman to purchase my new home. I ended up purchasing a property one of her agents (Richard Maxino) owned. It was in the heart of my preferred location. Throughout the process, we had issues with Mr. Maxino every step of the way from negotiations all the way to closing. Clearly a major wheeler dealer and “snake” of an agent trying to make every dime he could. While closing on the property Mr. Maxino proceeded to remove appliances in my new home and cut the water line from fridge ice maker. Nothing like walking into

The owner of this business brought my home in foreclosure and was to negotiate the date for me to leave after I lad used everything I had trying to rebuild after a tree came through it during Hurricane Matthew and my major insurance company after 21 year declared it a NAMED STORM and only pd all client in Hampton roads 8% of our damages. My 1st devastation. I was injured and lost my job of 10 years because I could no longer drive the state after injury in the storm. After spending almost $30,000 trying to give up I had a mini stroke and at 63 and now disabled I had to deal ide to stand or die.

Horrible. Terrible experience. Just bought a house that was listed by Richard Maxino. He is rude and does not care about the home buyers, just turning a quick dollar. The house is full of mistake and shortcuts. The work is pathetic at best. The main plumbing drain under the house is leaking and has been for some time apparently. When we called the listing agent, Mr. Maxino, was incredibly rude and stated that they are not liable. He is a partner in the investment company that remodeled the house. Do NOT do business with Gallery of Home or ANE Investments LLC!! If you don't believe me, scroll down

This realtor will find anyway possible to make sure you don’t get your deposit back. Did my final walk-through with the realtor. Was told nothing would come out of my deposit signed the paperwork saying it was good. And out of my $1250 deposit I got back $325.
Never around when you need them to fix something. Lived at the house for over two years and still didn’t have the things fixed I pointed out day one. If there was the score lower than one that’s with this company would recieve.

One of the employees flipped the house I currently live in, and the amount of stuff that she skipped on is ridiculous. I have had to redo a bathroom wall because she hired help that couldn't put tephlon tape on the shower. 10 cents has cost me several hundred dollars. The help she hired didn't even put in an electrical box where 4 sets of wires connected only 6 inches above a shower pipe. There been numerous expenses that should have never occurred in the first year of owning a home. A naive first time home buyer clearly didn't know better, but my next house will certainly never come through this

Recently, a home that we lease, was placed on the housing market as a short sale. Through no fault of our own, we were placed in the position of making our home available for viewing by potential buyers. After one walk-through we noticed that our baby's bed and toys had been played with and that someone had actually been in her bed. We reported this to the lead agent and she stated that she would make visiting agents aware that this was inappropriate, which I she did.
The very next day, Ben Rego of Gallery of Homes Realtors, setup a follow up appointment to view our home with the same family.
