I am a long time resident of Denton and your State Farm Insurance Agent for the Denton, TX area since 2010. I have been happily married for 20 years and we have two children. Laura Rubio has been awesome in switching my insurance provider to State Farm. She has been super responsive and went the extra mile to ensure all aspects of my insurance needs are properly covered. Her detailed explanations and follow up were simply outstanding. In today's fast-paced, self-service world, it is very refreshing to have someone provide personal, top-notch customer service. This agency has excellent customer service and fine products. I have had my auto insurance with them for many years, and have no complaints. In fact, they periodically review my policy and save me money.

Laura is absolutely amazing! She was professional and extremely thorough in explaining coverage options for our home and our vehicles. She was very patient and took the time to ensure that I completely understood my options and she even followed up with me several times after the process was complete to make sure that I was satisfied and didn't have any additional questions. Fantastic experience!! I'd recommend this State Farm office, and particularly Laura, to anyone who is in need of home and/or auto insurance coverage.
