Welcome to Saffron Day Spa also known as "Las Vegas Best Kept Secret". Our spa is tucked away in the Sahara Jones Plaza corner, we were part of the beginning of the Las Vegas' construction and we are proud to still be here. Indeed, when you enter our spa, you will be impressed and awed by our beautiful decor and peaceful ambiance.
The ultimate package is our crme de la crme of packages. Enjoy almost every inch of your body being pampered. A relaxing and soothing 90 minutes Swedish Massage followed by a Full Body Whipped Sugar Scrub and your Full Body Botanical Masque. The scrub gently polishes your skin to a rosy glow while the masque's defense draws toxins from deep within your tissues and locks in moisture.
At Saffron Day Spa, we offer a variety of services to sooth and pamper you. Select from the list on the right to find the day spay service that is right for you. To ensure prompt service, appointments are always desirable but walk-ins are gladly accepted. If you absolutely need to cancel an appointment, we greatly appreciate at least 48 hours notice.
When possible we try and use vegan products. Not all our products are vegan. Please call us for details. This facial improves the foundation of your skin by adding vitality and leaving skin looking radiant. The European Facial cleanses, conditions, moisturizes, rejuvenates and relaxes the tension of the face.
Get those lushes eyelashes you just cant get on your own, add some color to your eyelashes or eyebrows, or get some beautiful eyelash extensions. All our sets are determined by number of lashes and time allocated for application. A complimentary consult will be done prior to your service to determine your choice of lashes.

I'm not sure why this place doesn't have more reviews or more stars. They are about 15 mins away from the Vegas strip but their prices are way better than the ones you have at the main strip hotel.
And not sure why I didn't post this long time ago. But definitely your bang for your buck. Very professional, very relaxing spot. I guess you would say this is a "hole in the wall" place or a hidden spot and the prices for what you want are very very very reasonable. No overpriced tourist massages here!

Ohhhhhmuhhhgawdddd!! Treated myself to a day at their spa and it was heavenly! Elena was my aestetician and she was incredible! Beyond knowledgeable in her field and she asked many questions to ensure the treatment was tailored to my skin. Next was a massage from Sandy and it was one of the best massages I've EVER had... Which is saying a lot seeing as I'm also a massage therapist and have had lots of bodywork over the years. The front desk gal was also very kind. Where has this place been all my life? From the moment you step in, everyone is so friendly and the vibe is already calming. Went with a friend and we both got the Melt Me package. 60 minute swedish massage with a massage candle, and 30 minute Hot Stone foot massage for $99. It was heavenly. Erika was my masseuse and she was sweet, professional and did a great job on my massage. DEFINITELY coming back on my next trip.

Horrible, waste of money. Supposed to be a birthday present. All she did was rub lotion or oil on me for 1.5 hrs. I got a three hour massage and left 1.5 hrs early because it was so bad. I wanted to cry. Wasted my time and I really wanted a massage. I highly do not recommend. On top of everything I complained to the owner on the way out, she gave zero f#%^*. Didn't care one bit I wasnt happy. She took her money though. Said the money will stay on my account for the remaining of 1.5 hrs. I explained I am not coming back. She said I can give it to someone else. I wouldn't refer anyone

This was hands down the BEST massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had at least a dozen hot stone massages, but none of them compare to my massage with Frank at Saffron. He was kind and professional, and very adept at finding areas of tension and releasing them within my comfort level. Will definitely be back!

Visited the spa For my birthday and it was definitely not worth it! The prices are amazing but the service and quality of the spa reflect the prices.The towels smelled dirty also the floor was filthy they try to disguise it with dim lights but that did not work. I ended up getting a foot massage and leaving...

Elena is the amazing esthetician I have been seeing for the past 3 months and she is amazing! I have had severe acne for my entire life with dark pigmentation and for the first time ever my acne is non existent. She is very professional and knows her stuff. I highly recommend her for your troubled skin needs.

We really wanted a couples massage on our honeymoon but prices at our resort’s spa were outrageous. This place had great reviews and multiple 2 hr couples massage packages to choose from at half the price.
I requested an appointment via their website the night before. They called the next morning and were able to get us in that afternoon. We were greeted outside where they took our temperatures and asked us some basic health questions.

Hubby and I came here last week. One of the few things we could do in Vegas at this time.
We both did the Spa Sampler. Four 30-minute services for $125. If you are looking for deep tissue massage, I highly recommend Frank. I knew right away I'd be a bit sore which is a good sign to me that it'll be good pressure.
We both enjoyed the back massage, neck and scalp massage, and back treatment. Hubby got a mani while I got the foot treatment.
Although hubby said his massage could've been "deeper pressure", he did enjoy it overall.
