I recently started using Darin Frazier, RPS. Darin came very highly recommended from a top-level civil litigator. He did not disappoint. Darin has continually provided the highest level of professionalism and excellence that I have seen from any process server. He does whatever it takes to get the job done (the right way). He always takes my calls. He gives accurate estimates and provides reasonable expectations. He also has an excellent team working for him. My firm will continue to use Darin Frazier, RPS. Darin is incredible. I told him from the start that this was going to be a very challenging service. The defendant in this case was adept at avoiding his debtors. Darin was courteous and professional. He does not make promises he cannot keep and he is honest about the efforts he makes to effect a successful service. In this particular instance, the defendant was able to avoid service in Stockton but Darin was willing and able to go down to Dublin to effect a successful service. if you are looking for an honest and reliable process server, look no further than Darin Frazier. The rating is combined for my two jobs I hired Darin for. First, I hired him to serve small claims papers. He did a great job on that front. Explained the process, kept me informed, followed up in a timely manner after each step. 5 stars there.

I then had him do a skip trace and that's where his performance went south. He went completely MIA on me; I tried calling and texting several times and when I did get a hold of him, he kept giving me excuses (e.g. I was sick, I'll call you when I get to my office, etc etc) on why the job wasn't done. Never did get a response from him

Darin, you did an incredible job. You had a difficult task ahead of you to get them served but did it with excellence. I'm grateful for your professionalism, kindness and respect to all parties involved.

I was up against a very tight deadline getting some very important papers served, I live and work out of the area from where the papers had to be served and I really did not know what to do.
I got on yelp and found Darin. After talking with him I knew I found the person for the task! He was very professional and very knowledgeable.
End result he got the job done as promised and on time. Darin was very reasonable and kept me updated throughout the process.

I am a civil litigator and use Darin routinely. Darin sets a high bar for service of process. He is tenacious about getting people served and keeps me informed of his progress. He knows the rules regarding service inside and out and he educates me on service issues from time to time. He readily accepts service projects on tight timeframes.
