In 1985, Jim Schull, a farmer and entrepreneur from the cornfields of southern MN took his passion for boating and created Mapleton Marine. Built on the foundation of hard work, customer service, superior product, and most importantly honesty, Mapleton Marine took on the identity of its founder.

By surrounding himself with hardworking employees that share these same traits, Jim Schull has made and continues to make Mapleton Marine a staple in the Minnesota boating industry.To this day Jim still operates as a hands on owner with a family atmosphere. Rigger/Mechanic - This position is full time. This person will be responsible for setting up all new and used boats and pontoons with the proper engine and accessories before they are delivered to the customer. Applicant must have a strong work ethic, be focused and paying close attention to detail is a must.
