The "Semi-annual kitchen system inspection/service" is required by local and state codes. This service includes the inspection of all components of the system. Fusible links are changed every 6 months during service. Nozzle caps are inspected and replaced every 12 months or when needed. Proper function of all components of the system is verified by our technicians and documented for records.
Emergency lights provide lighting in corridors, stairwells, ramps, escalators, aisles, and exit passageways in the event of a power outage. If your emergency lights fail to operate properly during an emergency situation the building occupants may become disoriented. Routine maintenance of emergency and exit lighting is frequently overlooked until an emergency occurs.
