Convenience comes standard with several resources for our patients. Pay your bills, view insurance and billing information, and see our monthly promotions and specials. I had a virtual appointment with Trillium Creek and it went great! It was so convenient and easy to connect virtually. I prefer this method when possible, mostly because I have a 3 year old.

I was able to see the doctor, get my refills and ask the questions that I had. I highly recommend Trillium Creek Dermatology if it's visiting them in one of their four offices or by virtual appt. Everyone's always very helpful and friendly! Easy to check in, did not have to sit in waiting room long, staff was very kind and helpful!
Services
Few places in the country offer the quality care, innovation and state-of-the-art procedures that are available at Trillium Creek Dermatology. Through our integrative medicine approach, Trillium Creek Dermatology offers world-class general dermatology, dermatologic surgery, laser surgery, cosmetic dermatology, skin cancer treatment, Mohs surgery and holistic medicine.
Dermatologists are trained specialists who understand and identify with the symptoms and sufferings that come with many skin conditions. As specialists in skin diseases and disorders, they are able to diagnose your specific skin condition and recommend the best course of treatment for your individual case.
The most common skin condition referred to Dermatologists worldwide is Psoriasis, affecting the lives of around two per cent of the population in the USA alone. The condition has a strong genetic link, but the appearance and severity can also be tied to environmental factors such as infection or trauma.
Encompassing a wide range of skin conditions, eczema and dry skin both present with the symptoms of redness, heat, swelling and itchiness. Baby eczema is very common, though the condition affects young and old alike. Eczema can also be known as dermatitis which means inflammation of the skin. The term comes from the Greek word "ekzein" which means "to boil".
When your body's natural defense system attacks healthy cells in your body, you are suffering from an autoimmune disorder. There are several common autoimmune diseases that affect the skin. These include vitiligo, scleroderma, lupus, psoriasis and vasculitis.

The exact reasons why our immune system becomes confused and starts to attack our own healthy cells is not entirely understood, but there appear to be genetic links where susceptibility and common symptoms to autoimmune disorders runs in families. It is also believed that exposure to certain bacteria, viruses, allergens and toxins can trigger the autoimmune condition.

I had an excellent full body check and it was done professionally and thoroughly. My only piece of constructive criticism has to do with masking during the continuing Covid pandemic. You are a healthcare facility, and you definitely should have all of your staff, even at the front desk, wearing masks. I would also encourage you to make it a requirement for any guests entering your facility and sitting in the waiting room. It is up to you to model appropriate and safe behavior for your patients, similar to you recommending the use of a quality sunscreen to protect the skin.

Whether you are looking for help with a dermatologic concern or you are interested in botox, fillers or other cosmetic treatments, look no further. Trillium Creek is simply the best there is. I have been to the Wooster, Medina and Wadsworth locations. I have seen Dr. Torok, Dr. Reedy and Michelle Telloni for cosmetic treatments. I also saw Dr. Torok when I was struggling with peri-oral dermatitis in my 20’s. The offices are meticulously clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating and the Doctors and nurses are second to none. Dr. Torok has a gifted eye when it comes to aesthetics. She will

Friendly staff, they are helpful in understanding your condition and treatment. The pace is fast without a doubt. Their surgery side did a good job for me last fall. Occasionally the wait and appointment delays on the surgical side are frustrating. If you go there for surgical follow ups, plan on delays, not always but sometimes.

I went to Trillium to have some veins removed from my face as they were unsightly to me. I met Sarah and we came up with a plan to remove them with a few of the techniques known to have the best outcome for me. Insurance didn't pay as this was cosmetic but that didn't matter because I wanted the veins removed. After a few sessions it seemed as though the procedures had worked as they had disappeared however, much to my dismay, they reappeared a short time later. I had another appointment scheduled and had planned to mention this backslide to Sarah and when I did she said I'd need to see Dr. Torok

I’ve been coming to Trillium for over 5 years. I made my annual checkup exam n the phone with them over 3 months ago. Today when I came in and they didn’t have me on their schedule you would have thought it was all my fault. Where did customer service go ????? Is it a thing if the past? What ever happened to being polite and not treating patients as if they do not have the mental clarity to know if they scheduled an appointment

Trillium Creek is the premier dermatology/cosmetic surgery/skincare boutique around. I stumbled upon them when I needed a pediatric dermatologist stat a few years back and was referred. They are excellent in every way possible. Dr H Torak & Dr Marsico are
my preferred dermatologists but have never had a negative experience otherwise. Can’t say enough good things!

I have been going to Trillium Creek Dermatology for years and in the last few years I have been using the Wadsworth office. I haven't been to the Wadsworth office in a year (I go yearly for check ups), so I don't know how new their self check in process is. But I was not very happy with how it is laid out. You do self check in right at the counter and answer a lot of personal questions, including your health issues. There are people behind you waiting in line, right next to you paying their copays, etc. This is a big privacy concern. Maybe these check in tablets can be relocated so there is more
