Lindsey, Heather and Molly were amazing during my labor and delivery. It ended up being an impromptu water birth and it went amazingly. I couldn’t have done it without them. I saw Lenora for most of my appointments and she is so caring, friendly, funny and full of knowledge. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the wonderful ladies they are apart of it.

After reading about hospital births and desperately wanting to avoid any type of interventions in fear that it would slow my body’s natural progression, I came upon the possibility of a birth center. Wendy was more than helpful as I emailed her questions upon questions, and enrolled as a patient with them late in the game (around 34 weeks), which was no problem!
I always felt comfortable, heard and at ease during my appointments, and the birth center was the perfect setting to welcome a new baby without all of the hospital-type lights and action (though there is a hospital very close, which

My prenatal care and birth at Wichita Falls Birth and Wellness Center was beyond what I could have imagined. Not only did Lenora care about my health as a whole person, but Wendy and Cari also took an interest in me beyond my insurance and payment plan. Every time I walked in the door, I was greeted as a friend and never rushed. My birth was everything I wanted. Lenora, Molly, and Tonya were with me every minute and encouraged me through every contraction. Lenora knew what my body needed to birth my 9lb baby. She was just amazing in how she handled everything. Thanks to their wonderful care, baby

I had the wonderful opportunity to have my son here in April. I was extremely satisfied with my care, to say the very least! Lenora, the nurse midwife, is skilled, knowledgeable, and cares for her patients like no other. She provides her clients with evidence-based facts and collaborates with them to arrive at decisions that are best for the mother-baby dyad. During my labor, Lenora, Wendy and the rest of the staff allowed my team to support me wholly, only stepping in when necessary. I will never forget my labor and birth experience! For any woman who is interested in an out-of-hospital birth

I'm in my 8th month so the birthing is yet to happen, however, I am incredibly grateful and impressed with Wichita Falls Birth and Wellness Center. Here's why I'll be back with every pregnancy (as long as we live in the area): 1) They accept Tri-care, thank you Jesus for a paid for birth! 🙌 2) I love Lenora's (midwife) temperament, she's highly skilled in active listening and knows just how to talk me through things 3) The ambiance is soothing 4) They flex to our schedule all the time, evening appointments etc 5) There are more reasons, but I'll conclude with: The whole process has been respectful

All the staff were so nice and always welcoming! Midwife Lenora made prenatal visits a joy to come to. She included my son in measuring my belly, listening to the baby's heartbeat, and it never felt like he was in the way. Any questions I had were answered at each prenatal visit and I felt like they truly cared about my family. Lenora gave me a piece of mind when my son's birth didn't go according to plan. My second son's birth was a whirlwind experience! From start to finish, active labor was only 4 hours. My water broke at home and 30 minutes later I gave birth to my son in the back of my parent

I am so grateful to have found the birth center. We had unexpectedly moved to the are as my husband is active duty and I knew I didn't want to deliver at a hospital. I was amazed that the birth center took Tricare Prime! Although it was a bit of a drive and I have quick labors, I am infinitely thankful to have been able to deliver outside of a hospital setting. I felt so comfortable throughout my labor--the care was exemplary! I highly recommend all mother's to interview them. Once you step into the victorian home and speak with Lenora, you will know that the birth center is where you want to birth

We are so thankful that we were able to deliver at the Wichita Falls Birth and Wellness center. It was my first birth and everything was absolutely perfect. The midwife and staff made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I recommend this place to all my pregnant friends in the area. I only wish I could deliver there again with my second but we moved away.

Wichita Falls Birth and Wellness Center is absolutely fantastic. I'm in my 6th month of pregnancy with my first baby and I'm already blown away by how amazing everyone is. Lenora is always a text or call away to answer any of my questions, help me with scheduling, etc. Everyone here has taken away the anxiety of being a first time mama. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful place or the wonderful people who work here.

Today I had the privilege to visit the birthing and wellness center for the first time. The reason for my visit was to get my 6 month old son evaluated for a tongue and lip tie by Midwife Lenora. Not only were we instantly welcomed and made to feel at home, Lenora gave me helpful insight and education to best support my son. The building is GORGEOUS and has a very home like feel. Lenora gave me a tour and the birthing center remind me of a fancy bed and breakfast - I wanted to check in! Being a military family, I cannot wait until our insurance is approved this fall as we will be making the switch
