Here is a recent project completed by Avigna Granite World. Our team of kitchen designers and stone specialists helped this customer with this Dream Kitchen Remodel! Project was in Jacksonville Florida. The name comes from the patron saint of music, Saint Cecilia. When it comes to granite, Santa Cecilia is regarded as one of the most interesting, beautiful stones on the market.
We have a vast Selection of natural and man made counter top materials for your kitchen or bathroom projects. We always promise smooth finishing on all sides and high quality polish that will make you fall in love with our granites. Our granite slab ranges from a cozy 55 square feet slab to a jumbo 75 square feet.
Beginning with John the sales man to the final installation! Appointments were on time. Initial installation was delayed but understandably due to thanksgiving. The work is beautiful! Back splash had to be installed first and was out of line (from my dad).They did an amazing job making it look as flawless as possible!

Don’t let the location fool you. No, it’s not some fancy building located in a fancy area. No, they don’t have a fancy showroom, they take you to where the product is stored. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You get a great looking product and a good price.
I choose the granite I wanted and the sink they offered. When my cabinets were installed, they responded quickly to make a template. The guy was very friendly and cleaned up afterwards.

I had a wonderful experience with Avigna Granite World. Jessica P was awesome to work with. Price was great and less than any of the other estimates I received from 3 other companies. They gave a date and it was right on. They did awesome work. The only issue I had was the installers did not speak English and I had to get my Spanish speaking neighbor to come over and interpret for me. I would make a suggestion that at least one person should be able to speak/understand the English language. Thank God for my neighbor being available.

While the Avigna owner made a mistake regarding the installation of our bathroom countertop, and said he would compensate us for the mistake, he delayed the compensation. We chose a beautiful stone and they cross cut it instead of giving us what we purchased, a beautiful desert like stone. He finally sent the check agreed upon, but, based on our experience with him, we are waiting a couple of weeks to see if the check is good. Looks like the check is good, so, at final, I would say, with significant effort, we were treated fairly.

We had the best experience with this Company. Great selection, lowest price in town. They were late in coming to do the install, but they sent me text messages with ETA so communication is wonderful. We purchased the Dallas White and it took 2 weeks to have them installed. We also bought the sink and it's nice and deep. They were quick and professional.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I am not writing this review to be spiteful, but to inform potential consumers of risks associated with working with this company. I ordered granite countertops for my kitchen and paid in full prior to installation (First mistake). After measurements were completed, I was given a new price as my original estimate was off. I was scheduled for installation between 1 and 3 PM. However, the workers did not show up until 430 PM. I had to call to find out their truck had broken down. This was unprofessional but the least of my worries. The workers turned my water off

Frustrating process working with Avigna. Sales staff struggled to adequately communicate continually throughout the process, often not responding to emails or phone calls with questions or concerns. Person who measured the template gave different information than sales/installer, pointing to a lack of communication between them and made me less confident in the information I was being given. Installer left removed sink at property (against City of Jacksonville Code), causing me additional headache and need to coordinate with Avigna to have it removed later. Installer was told the granite countertop

I shopped around based on Google and Yelp reviews. Went to Art of Granite and World Stone Imports, and found John Abbot at Avigna to be friendly, knowledgeable, and mostly importantly had the best price for the quartz I wanted. Jorge showed up two days later and made template. Countertops were installed 7 days after that. Was fast, well priced and just a totally pleasant experience, top to bottom. Even got a free sink thrown in from special on their website (so check for specials).

Dealing with this company has been the worst experience of my life. The very first visit, to even give me an estimate, they were a no show and it just got worse from there.
John came out and measured twice for our cabinets and we were told two weeks for them to be delivered. It took three weeks and he ordered two of them the complete wrong size. We installed them ourselves, which was the only smooth part of this transaction. It's been a month since we installed the ones we could and we are still missing one cabinet to finish installing them. There were several appointments rescheduled by
