Delly D. Yaker, founder and principal of the firm was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela - South America. She moved to the United States after graduating with a B.S. in Architecture from the Facultad de Arquitectura in the Universidad Central de Venezuela. She received an Honorable Mention Diploma and served as design teacher's assistant.
Delly completed a Construction Management program from the Universidad Metropolitana. Prior to founding her own practice, Delly lived and worked in Miami, Atlanta, and Englewood. She developed her professional experience with several firms such as Interior Architects, Sizemore Group, Axis Architectural Studio, YZDA, and Hirshson Architecture + Design.

I love working with Delly. I have relied on her for help with interior design for our office and home. She is very talented working in both environments. It takes a long time for me to make decisions yet Delly has always been very patient and reassuring of what will and won't work and she is always right. I highly recommend Delly!

Our project was to create an outdoor living space and renovate our bathrooms. We interviewed a few architects and went with Delly because she was responsive, thorough and creative. The others didn't even compare. She is easy to work with, pleasant, reasonable and helpful. Delly helped us bid out our project, review proposals and answered the many questions we had along the way. We have future projects in mind and will definitely work with Delly again.

When we found ourselves indecisive while choosing colors to repaint our older Tudor home, Delly came in to the rescue. She helped us realize our vision and took care of everything! She ordered samples, walked us through a number of approaches and made it easy for us to decide with confidence. Delly promptly responded to every email we sent her, and there were many! She is accommodating, easy to work with, experienced in her field, and simply a pleasure to work with from beginning to end!
