Silverheels has been managing residential and commercial properties in the Marietta area for over 20 years and is a well-respected business and resource in the community. Our managed residential properties range from single family homes, lofts and apartments to multifamily complexes and condominium associations.
At Silverheels Property Management, we offer you an easy way to find the right rental home for your lifestyle and your budget. We manage hundreds of rental units in the Mid-Ohio Valley throughout Marietta, Belpre, Parkersburg, Williamstown and surrounding areas. You may apply online at your convenience and even put a "Hold" on a property if you find one right for you.
How do I become a tenant? If you are interested in renting one of SPM's vacant units, the first step is for all applicants 18 or older who will occupy the unit to fill out a detailed application. SPM does have a tenant selection plan based on criminal records, income, personal references, and previous rental history.
View your financial statements, access shared documents, and set up your online payment options. The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.

I worked with Susan Cunningham to get an apartment and she was amazing. She solved so many issues, got an electrician into the apartment to fix something before I moved in, and was generally great to work with. Always answered when I needed help, and was honest with me every step of the way.

I have been a renter for just under a year and can not say enough good things about the quality of service and interactions that have been my experience with Silverheels. The maintenance staff are always responsive, thoughtful and careful. Whether I have called weekends or late at night, they have never failed to give rapid, professional service. The ease of use created by a portal that allows me to pay the rent online and put in non-emergent maintenance requests has been a terrific tool. The only thing that will move me away from this property management company will be to reduce my monthly rental

I recently rented a property from Silverheels, and though it was only for 6 months, it was the best rental experience I have ever had. They were the most kind, and caring agency. Any call I made to them was quickly returned. Any concern or question I had was quickly resolved or answered. I was very impressed with this company. I would not hesitate to refer renters to them and if I am ever in need of renting property again, I will do it through Silverheels Property Management, LLC.
