Awesome! Left a message and they contacted me. Gave me a time frame to come fix my dishwasher. Called 3O minutes before they came. Fixed it promptly at a reasonable price. Made sure to let me know what happened and kept all the parts that were damaged and reviewed them with me before he left. Also made sure all was well. Thanks so much!

This company is by far the best appliance repair company I have ever utilized. I’m in my 50s and lived in many homes in different states over the years. I have grown accustomed to bad service, incompetent technicians, and a lack of interest at best from staff members. It’s sad but that was what I was expecting when I contacted ifixutah. I was blown away at how over the top friendly, professional, and competent the staff was. The tech (Brad) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Honestly I just can’t say enough good things. Oh, and they fixed my microwave with ordering parts in a week

I reached out to iFiX regarding issue with the built-in ice maker. Ice maker seemed to be leaking water which was freezing causing ice build up and clogging around ice container and chute. Brad from iFix called and left a message to let me know he was on his way for his appointment. Upon arrival, he was polite and looked at the issue. After looking at ice maker, he mentioned it was hard water build up around opening to icemaker causing water to spray all over. He cleaned up the openings and only charged for service call to come out. He also showed me what needed to be done and how often it needs

I first met Jon around 5 years back. We had just purchased a home in Ogden Utah and shortly there after had kitchen appliances needing repairs. Our home warranty plan sent us Jonathan.
At that time he worked under another business. And we were so grateful that he was sent to us. To replace the appliances in our kitchen Will be crazy expensive. He was amazing! And quickly became the only repair person I wIll let touch my appliances.

I highly recommend this company! Jonathan was absolutely fantastic to work with! This is truly a company where the customer comes first. Excellent service. Brad Called before he came and was on time when he said he would be there. Went WAY beyond his service on our washer and dryer to make sure our appliances are safe and fixed. Pricing was reasonable and Brad only charged for the lservice he actually did. Offered up information to keep us all safe and referred me to an appliance business to purchase a used door for our washer. Would recommend this business to everyone. Thanks for taking care of us

Jon was amazing. Knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He fixed our drawer refrigerator quickly, and it did not cost an arm and a leg. While the refrigerator was cooling (to make sure it was fixed), he answered my 100 questions about all the other appliances I have in our recently purchased home. I've never had to call a professional to repair an appliance and I didn't know what to expect. I was blown away by the friendly professionalism during the initial phone call and at the appointment. I found iFix from other Google reviews and emailed to set up a time to fix my dishwasher. I discovered that Jonathan owns his own company, so he's invested and knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to trouble shoot my dishwasher without any ho-humming around. He was polite, clean cut, and I felt comfortable having him in my house. I was THRILLED when he told me about his 1-year policy: if the problem isn't fixed to my satisfaction, he'll come out within 1-year and repair it - without charging another service fee! And the service fee I paid today will apply to any time spent next time

I had Jonathon with I-Fix help us out last minute. He was excellent and honest. We had another appliance person go to the home to look at a fridge and told us that the "computer was out and that we'd need a new fridge" Jonathon went up the next day, CORRECTLY diagnosed the issue and had it resolved with a new part in less than 24 hours. This was a second home and used as a air bnb rental, we had guests checking in the next day so Jonathon's promptness, attention to detail, honesty and integrity were VASTLY appreciated.
