My daughter injured her foot last and all the staff from start to finish were absolutely amazing. They were quick to assess her and get her taken care of.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I just left there. I didn't have a room. I was in the hallway. I told them I need to lay down, I can't sit up anymore. I was crying. It got so bad that I put a blanket on the floor to lay. Then they got me a bed. I didn't see the doctor the whole 5 hours. Just two nurse to do swabs. I asked several times what will be done, can I talk to a nurse. They lied saying yes. Nobody came into the room. So I left. The lady talking about I'm going against policy. But nobody helped me. I'm going to an attorney Tuesday. I felt neglected. Especially no bed until I laid

Very impressed with their kind help..
Making everything as easy and efficiently as they can.
Very professional and treat you like a person...not just another sick person coming in.
They are very good on handling all your insurance also, and answering any questions I had.

Needed tests Urgent Care couldn't do. ER staff was great. Thorough, professional, thoughtful. Treated us very well. Very happy with care received. EDIT: This few hour stay ended up costing over $10,000. Still in shock.

Considering I was having an IV treatment, everything went very well. There seems to be specific questions and routine that is followed to not allow mistakes in the care. I appreciated everything the nursing staff did.

I thought this was a great place to go. The nurse practitioner was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He gave me great care. The only improvement would have been for the receptionist to have been friendly. She never smiled, was short with me. and I felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there. I let the door greeter know of her demeanor and was told that I was the second person that morning to complain about her.

Dr. Lawrienko is a great Dr and I am so thankful that he is local. I had a great experience with the nursing staff that took care of me during my EGD and Colonoscopy. Dr. Lawrienko's office staff are awesome as well. From check in to check out you won't find better people!!!

I had an emergency appendectomy done at PBRMC. A traveling surgeon came in to perform the surgery, said everything went well and sent me home the next day. I tried to schedule a follow-up appointment and the hospital told me they had no record of that surgeon and would not see me. I became sicker over the next few days and was re-admitted with a high fever and determined I was septic. That same surgeon came in to tell me my appendix was gangrenous, yet I had been sent home with no antibiotics or follow-up care. I needed an intravenous procedure done, but that would not be available until the next

If I could give zero stars I would. Monday morning at 3:30 am I woke up in EXTREME pain in my stomach and back. I had never felt this pain in my life. My husband called an ambulance and while I was in the ambulance they had asked me what I had to dinner that night and I told them I had taco soup. From then on they said "oh it's most likely acid reflux, that taco soup will get you Everytime". I know that isn't PBRMC fault because it was our local paramedics who transferred me. BUT when I got to the hospital I overheard the paramedics tell the staff at the hospital the same thing and they were all

My boyfriend was recently here with a broken femur and I would like to give a huge shout out to MaryBeth and all of the team on the fifth floor for taking extremely good care of him before I got there and after I arrived! They definitely went above and beyond and were patient with him when he’s not exactly the easiest patient! I appreciate all of you!

The Operaters and staff were extremely rude to myself, and my son. They had no idea what they were talking about! They also said they wouldn’t send my sons CT to the Nuero Surgeon in STL at cardinal Glennon where he has had two past surgeries on his head. They are incompeten, all the equipment needs to be updated for true emergencies. Terrible place to go for any serious help! You may as well stay home and die! And the utter rudeness of the staff is way unacceptable!!
