Quality Center for Rehabilitation & Healing is a certified VOHRA Wound Center of Excellence. The program was created to identify and highlight facilities that have developed a superior wound management program. There are only 4 facilities in Tennessee that hold this certification! Our specialized Wound Care Program delivers comprehensive wound treatment to stimulate tissue growth and faster healing of chronic and non-healing wounds.

This facility is excellent. I Couldn’t ask for better service therapy department is one of the best! Staff is very friendly and attentive will do whatever they can to help and make your stay comfortable, I’d recommend this facility to anyone Quality is their name! And they stand by their name! This is coming from someone who didn’t won’t to be here from day one… the only facility I know who has concierge services.

The staff takes good care of our loved one. They work diligently to try to meet the needs of our family member, which can be frustrating for the staff. The staff pampers and goes above to try to make our family member happy. The food is good and there are many choices for the residents. The physical therapy department is wonderful and patient. The staff gives us the option to see our loved one via video call, which helps the mental health of our family member.

I have worked for quality for 7 years. It has been a great place to work. Working right now during a pandemic can be stressful, but our staff is amazing. From our administrator being proactive from the start. Our CNAS working hard as well as the nurses, the housekeepers keeping our building clean and helping keep things neat. Our wonderful concierge Kay Weir giving us motivation and keeping us hydrated, and just being there when we need someone the most!❤️

I'm currently a resident here now, this is my second time being here. Staff is very attentive to my needs and very friendly!
I love the new food program they offer to their new admission, to eat out one free meal of our choice. Miss Kay is a ever
very sweet lady and compassion she is always happy and kind to everyone. I wish there we're more like her here. I'm very satisfied with my stay. Everyone is doing a wonderful job, and I'd recommend anyone to come here if they need help!
