Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I tied to book a bounce house for thanksgiving and even though the weather was above the requirement no one called me the day of or day before as promised and they never showed up. I’ve used this company every year for a summer party and will never use them again. Terrible service for a loyal customer.

Emailed about chairs and tables for our micro wedding in September. The response I initially got back stated they needed to know what type of event it was as the "aren't really doing park events" which I stated should have been on their website so no one wastes their time. This received a very passive aggressive response in addition to requesting further detail. After giving all information requested and stating we have the venue from 8a to 8p, they stated the end time it too late and they would t be able to help us EVEN THOUGH their website clearly states "all day rentals". Incredibly unprofessional

I absolutely LOVED my experience with Jumping Bean Party Rental. I did a just because party for my girls since we’ve been stuck home during this pandemic and got them a bounce house which came with a snow cone machine (they provided cups and syrup). The gentleman that dropped it off was very friendly and respectful, phone customer service was great and the bounce house was big, spacious and clean. I’ll definitely be using them again.

EDITING FOR CLARITY-Thank you for your response!! Yes there are THREE sides to a story, however...I was pleasant on the phone initially prior to being screamed at. I even stated I was not trying to be a “Karen” in between the owner SCREAMING at me. I am not a business owner-YOU ARE! Everything I wrote was honest and I have 3 of your employees to confirm what I am stating. I never hung up on you, rather I started balling my eyes out at your behavior and handed the phone to your driver. Nice job lying and attacking me on a public forum-now everyone can see you acting unprofessional and trying

We rented the toy story bounce house July 25 2020 for my son's birthday. You all did a great job..The young man that delivered it was great. My son had the best time. Thanks for the memories. Would definitely rent again..next time it will be the water slide.

Rock solid company here (and we've had experience with competitors who we would NOT say the same for). Rented a bounce house for our daughter's birthday party... the window for use (considering dropoff time and pickup time) was very generous.
They communicate with their clients, they are on time, and their staff was polite and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The Disney princess bouncy house for my daughters birthday was a great hit,it was huge,clean,and tons of fun.My only problem with the company is the miscommunication between the employees and the owner(Joe). After ordering and on set up for the bouncy I was told they would be back tonight est 8,but it depended on the weather . I assumed I paid to have the item untill at least 8pm.The employees were told to come pick up the bouncy in the middle of the party (5pm) Which was very embarrassing and humiliating.When renting just make sure to talk to the manger and read all fine print.

Jumping bean was fantastic. We used them this past weekend when we were unfortunately stood up by another company at the last minute. I called jumping bean on a busy Saturday at 130 pm in a panic when the other company didn't show up for my daughter 5th birthday party. I had 50 guests arriving in an hour from the time I called them and explained the situation. The amazing team had a crew to my house and set up tables chairs and a bounce house by 245pm the same day! One of the owners updated me constantly and was able to accommodate my last minute request in roughly 1 hour. I am so great full to
