Fantastic customer service with a personal touch. The camper van ‘Dani’ is beautiful. Easy and lovely to drive, economical and spacious but not too big either. A bit of a Tardis! All in fantastic condition and very easy to use. I found the handover very thorough too in terms of showing me how everything works. I’ll definitely back.

My partner and I hired Dani for a week to travel to Devon, Dorset and Cornwall. It was a great trip and we loved the flexibility of being able to sleep in a lay-by or campsites. We both had never driven a van before, but we found it really easy to do.
The van had everything we needed for the trip and was well equipped for cooking meals!
The van managed the hills and narrow roads very well, and we will definitely be booking again for our next adventure!

My partner booked Calico’s camper van for my 30th birthday and we had the best time ever in mid/end of October. We travelled around north Wales and Anglesey for 7 nights.
It was simple and easy to book, Claire & Mark were always available for any advice, travel recommendations or to explain anything that we had forgotten about the van.

We had a fantastic time taking Dani up to Scotland to take on the NC500. Initially a little nervous about driving something so big, the van drives beautifully and had no issues navigating the winding tracks of the far north!
The living area is perfectly finished, and was more than enough space for two adults and a Labrador to hideaway from rain, midges, and everything else Scotland threw at us - the games cupboard was particularly useful on a few evenings too!

We loved our experience with Calico Campers. From the start the Calico team (Claire and Mark) helped us plan and organise our journey. They were easy to contact, polite and helpful. Myself and my wife and young son took a trip for 3 days around snowdonia courtesy of Calico. What can I say. It really was the dream trip for us. The camper has everything you could want and more. The freedom of being able to drive a really comfy, warm tent and stop anywhere you want has definitely given us the bug. Honestly, the best holiday as a family to date. Myself and my partner along with our 2 year old springer spaniel, Alfie, hired Dani for a 2 week trip to tour Scotland's NC500. We have never been in a camper before and thought this was the perfect opportunity to test it out.
Since our trip with Calico Campers we are now in the process of finding a van for ourselves to convert and have definitely got the camper van bug.
