I purchased a 2021 Yamaha 252s in November of 2020. As with any new purchase there might be a few things that need adjustments. (Helm screen was loose) I sent my boat in for routine service in April of 2021 before it was even used once. During this service damage occurred. (Acrylic under screen severely scratched). The service providers stated they would order replacement acrylic for repair and when I brought it in for winterization they would replace it. October 2021 brought vessel in for winterization. Picked up vessel in December from repairs and winterization and found additional damage

Took boat in to be winterized and had a stage three done on the out drive received a call and photos from the service department about an issue with water got into the bearing. Got a quote for the repairs of $3000 to repair and was told it would be repaired in the spring when they reopened after winter . It would be the first job in the shop and told service that would be ok. I asked if any money was owed now. I was told I could settle up upon completion of the job. 3 weeks later I received a call, asking me to pay in advance for the parts, then the balance upon completion. That was not the original

I have been using the services of Highway Marine for more then 7 years. From storage, boat maintenance and motor service.
I bought a boat from them in 2018. They now fully maintain my boat along with transporting it to and from my marina. This includes launching and retrieval. They use their trailer which is cost effective and easier for me.
I have found Highway Marine and its crew competent, reasonable and easy to work with. As a senior citizen they keep me on the water.

Worked Scott and Crystal to purchase my new boat.
Very professional and efficient. Got it done accurately and thoroughly in a short amount of time.
We drove up from Virginia to finalize the deal and pick the boat up. Everything was ready, and we were on our way in a little over an hour. Fair deal, good people!

Absolutely wonderful experience dealing with Highway Marine!! Andrew was awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable and helped us with any questions we had along the way. There were alot of hurdles we jumped thru this year, especially with the supply shortage and the delay of the boat deliveries but Andrew never gave up and got us the perfect boat for our family!! I just picked up my new Yamaha 252XE. This is the third Yamaha I have owned. Andrew, my salesman, was terrific. He had a thorough knowledge of Yamaha boats and took the time to walk me through each and every facet of the boat. He has also been very helpful in assisting me with getting some custom cushions made for my boat as well.
I live in NJ and have spoken with 5 Yamaha dealerships within this area over the last year. I was glad to have found Andrew and Highway Marine. I won’t mention the other dealerships but Andrew and Highway Marine far exceeded my expectations.

Andrew B is awesome. He and the crew at Highway are extremely knowledgeable and patient. As a new potential boater, I came in with a gazillion questions. Andrew answered them all and offered tons of advice on local boating spots. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Extremely reputable and professional! From hands on “training” of all boat functions to even offering driving tips & techniques for trailering a boat. Very impressive!

My wife and i purchased a boat from highway marine in october of 2019. As part of the purchase we paid for winterization and spring service. When we picked up the boat in April, Andy was going over the boat with us. The navigation lights did not work, only light bulbs but that should have been caught when the boat was being serviced. The battery was bad in October when we were looking at it. The salesman said if we paid for the spring service, the battery will be replaced as part of that service. I was told it was on the day of pick up. We took the boat out the first time, it started fine

From the first day I walked in everyone here has been extremely nice. My salesman, Scott, worked a very fair deal with a good trade in value. They were honest with how long the delivery would take (and they delivered on time). And when they hit a very small hiccup they were honest and upfront about it. What more can you ask for? I also get the sense that they'll be there for their customers after the sale as well.

Went in today to see about warranty work since they are a dealer for the boat i bought and was pretty much turned away and told to go someplace else cause they did not want to do the work , i thought that was part of being a dealership i guess not , when i was looking for a boat the sale people seemed to be bothered just to show me a few boats , so i went elsewhere and got the same boat $2000 cheaper after today i will not even consider stepping foot in the store again and will let everyone know of my experience
