Most small business owners are really strong in their respective fields, but may not have the training, experience or passion for the Accounting side of the business. Running a successful small business requires time and attention to a wide range of areas. And when you have to choose between fulfilling a billable customer order and managing the books, well, the customers take priority.
The most critical question for every new business owner is "what entity formation should I choose?" We understand the tax liabilities this decision will have on you personally and on your business. We appreciate how your circumstances could change over time that will also affect which entity type you select (C-Corporation, S-Corporation, LLC, LLP or Sole Proprietorship).
Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, preparing Financial Statements, Sales Tax Returns.all of the day-to-day Financial Management required to run a successful business takes, well, time. Managing these activities can take time away from the work that makes your business money. Having an objective eye review these entries on a regular basis can also alert you to shifts in your business that you may not have time to address.
