I drove down from northern Michigan and the drive did something terrible to my back. I believed it to be something with my sciatic nerve as the pain was excruciating and running down my lower back to my toes on my left leg. I could not stand or walk for more than 30 seconds before having to lay down still unable to find a comfortable positions.
I reached out to Katie and Rob and they were quick to set an appointment for me first thing in the morning. After my first session with Rob there was a dramatic difference. That day I was able to walk around more and found it easier to do simple movements

Katie has been responsive and positive when communicating with me. They were able to fit me in quickly. I saw Rob 2 weeks ago for adjustment on my neck/back and felt so much better afterwards. Today I had the most well rounded 1 hr massage by Carlie. Not only did she work hard to get all my kinks out, but she used hot rocks and hand chops-It really was the best massage I have ever had. We are so lucky to have 30A Wellness so close by!

Rob & Katie are the best! I have been getting my back adjusted for many years and after moving down here to the beach I met Rob at a local restaurant and found out that he was a chiropractor. I hadn't found anybody I liked down here yet and after seeing him just one time I knew I had found my lifelong chiropractor.
Rob's attention to detail goes way beyond any chiro' I have every been to. He spends time loosening up your back with a back massager before jumping in with the adjustments and I've never had a chiro do that in the past. I found that to be very beneficial as my back is always very tight

What a truly amazing and blessed experience I just had! I’ve been passing through the state of Florida traveling this week, and my lower right back has been in pain for ever! This was the only place that would see me on the fly without an appointment, which was especially appreciated during the whole COVID-19 mess right now!
