Dr. Ryan McCalla is a partner with Advanced Foot Care Center. He grew up in Pratt, Kansas, and earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Kansas. He received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University in 1996 and completed a one-year surgical residency at Des Moines University.
Our doctors provide complete foot and ankle care. This can include bunions, hammer toes, heel pain, orthotics, diabetic foot care, wound care, ingrown toenails, neuroma (nerve swelling and pain), foot and ankle sprains, stress fractures, sports injuries, children's and adolescent foot problems, bone spurs, tendonitis, warts and other skin problems of the foot and ankle.

With a full scope of medical equipment on-site in our offices, Advanced Foot Care Center is fully equipped to diagnosis your foot and ankle conditions. On-site digital x-rays save time and add convenience for patients. Our doctors can assess normal or abnormal anatomy, alignment, arthritis, injuries such as fractures, and more, without sending patients to a hospital or outside clinic for diagnosis.

Had a swollen little toe plus a fungal infection that I needed to get looked at. Spent over $300 out of pocket just to get treatment and could barely afford it as a college student but needed answers. The doctor who specializes in feet could not tell me what was wrong with my toe then said he believed it to be something called “COVID toe” and said it should go away on its own. It never did. Had to get labs for my toenail and that was another $250+ and then they tell me all I can do is go get an over the counter polish for it which doesn’t even work :-)))) plus the doctors assistant literally

Never got in for my appointment. Traffic was horrible & every light was red, so I missed my check in time but was there in time for my appointment. My appointment was changed to an entire month away, because of paperwork that literally would have taken me no more than “five” (5) minutes to complete. Not a good day.

Twice this place gave me wrong appintment times. I drove over a hour for a 4pm appointment and i got here at 4pm and the doctor was not here with a rude secretary saying i was supposed to be here at 330p for paperwork . I have a voicemail from the company stating that my appointment is at 4p and all she could tell me well i dont know who told you that and would i like to reschedule. I should have listened to the reviews.

I had made an appointment with this company 1 month in advance due to work/school/volunteer schedules so that I could get the time off to ensure I would be able to go. Less than 1 week prior to appointment they called and indicated that they would need to reschedule and that there was no other Dr. who would be able to see me that date. The female on the phone was rude, and accusatory about my not being able to simply take the next day that she would offer. Instead of being apologetic for the change she simply attacked me for not changing the date and not being happy for the change. I told her “you
