Douglas has handled more the twenty-four (24) post grant review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, leading to success at both institution and on Final Written Decision.For instance, in RPX Corporation et al v. Parity Networks, LLC (PTAB-IPR2018-00099), as lead counsel, Douglas obtained a final written decision finding all of the claims of the challenged patent as not unpatentable.
