Horrible customer service. Called to have a broken fuel tank replaced as part of a recall on a kids UTV in September of 2020. Was told they will order the replacement and call when it is in. They have not called back over the past 6 months once. I called to check in in October, November, and today. When I have talked to someone there they have no new information and do not care about getting this resolved. Have left messages that have not been returned at other times. The fuel tank on this machine is open. The cap stem is broken completely off. This is a safety issue that as a Polaris service center

Disappointing went here for two belts expected the Polaris parts dealer to be knowledgeable enough to set me straight. Spent $200 on two separate belts and both were the wrong size. The customer service is uncomfortable and you feel as though you are bothering the employees by asking them to do their jobs. Spend the time yourself online to look up part number and order it from anywhere else but here.

Their service department is great. Took my Gravely to the dealer I purchased it from for warranty issues. Other dealer said there was nothing wrong with my mower. Took it to these guys and they addressed every problem I was aware of an found 2 other issues they corrected. They even went after Gravely in regards to my air ride seat. Gravely wouldn't budge on replacing it but these guys treated it like it was their own until Gravely did the right thing. I asked Mike in the service department to treat my mower like it was his own, and he did. Can say enough positive things about their service. Strongly

Can't give this family owned business any rating! Especially when the owner, Mike swears at you and raises his voice to tell you to go somewhere else for service because I was dissatisfied with his mechanics work and communication. It takes about 5 yrs to build a reputation and only 5 seconds to tear it down. Unfortunately, Yelp doesn't allow a comment without at least one star.
