I was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area and am a long-time Portland resident. I have a B.S. in Economics and Business from Lewis and Clark College. I started with State Farm in 1986, and opened my own agency 19 years ago. I've been fortunate to be a repeat Chairman's Circle Qualifier and Ambassador Qualifier, as well as a Golden Triangle agent.

I decided to switch over to State Farm from another company that didnt offer renters insurance and was steadily going up in cost every 6months. Talking to Ann Marie was a joy! She helped me revise and adjust my new policy with very little effort on my part. She followed up when she said, was very professional. She didnt mind when I had to multitask as a parent - she just made me feel like a human and dare I say friend not just a client. It was superb. I couldn't recommend them any more, honestly. If you're in the market to change, consider giving them a call!

I filled out an auto insurance quote online and Ann Marie followed up with me by phone offering a better quote than what was shown online! She let me know I was qualified for additional discounts, was helpful answering all questions I had and was extremely responsive by phone and email. She did most of the heavy lifting and made the transition to State Farm as smooth as possible. I highly recommend working with Ann Marie!

Ann Marie is so amazing and kind! I’ve been excited to switch to State Farm from Progressive for a while now and Ann Marie made that process so fun and exciting for me! She’s really kind and sweet and so patient with all of my questions. Her customer service is more personable than Progressive’s, and the quotes were cheaper too! Ann Marie is one of the most caring individuals in the insurance industry I’ve ever met. She cares about you as an individual and makes sure you get what you need. My wife and I were going through some hard times and she always was there for us no matter our financial situation. If you're considering someone for your insurance needs, I highly recommend Todd Houser State Farm. I have both renters and auto insurance through them and I've been so pleased with my overall experience. I've worked with Ann Marie specifically a few times and she's always been very friendly and quick to answer all of my questions. She really goes above and beyond. Additionally, everyone I've spoken with so far has been great. Normally don't leave reviews but some places really deserve the recognition and this is definitely one of those places. Thanks guys!

I was having problems with another insurance carrier due to their inability to opine on a replacement value for my Homeowner's Policy. I did some research and decided to give State Farm a try. I met with Michele and Todd this morning and couldn't be more pleased. They were professional, knowledgeable and spent quite a bit of time analyzing the nuances of my property. I plan to switch policies as soon as I receive my final estimates from them.

I have had life insurance with Todd and his team for more than ten years. They are always professional, candid, and knowledgeable. If I die, Todd and State Farm will provide income to my family so I trust him very closely. He is a great guy and is extremely knowledgeable with all types of financial instruments. There are cheaper premium options out there but the service and knowledge he provides is worth a little bit more cost to our family and to yours. Highly Recommend Todd Houser and State Farm!

Hi! I just recently had my car broken into through the driver's side window and had a few items stolen out of my car.
I called State Farm right away and talked to Ann Marie Friedrick and she was on it right away and had an appointment for me the same day within 3 hours.
I had an appointment to go to and noticed that that when I closed the door there was more broken glass falling down into the door.
When I got to my appointment and tried to open the door from the inside, it didn't open, no matter what I tried. So I have a stick shift that I had to crawl over to get to the passenger seat and go
