Cimetra is a family owned business, first establishing its roots within the small town of Chazy in upstate New York. With the vision of the original founders, Marvin and Patricia Jensen, they began their electronic assembly and freight-forwarding business from their home in 1977.
Now, almost four decades later, and in its second management generation, the company's vision and 3PL services have grown, handling our customers' freight in many different ways in many different aspects of the supply chain.

Whether you have one small carton or a shipment of pallets, we can forward your small carrier or your LTL and FTL shipments to your customers or to your own facility. What carriers do Cimetra use for Freight Forwarding and Crossing Docking to and from Montreal and Plattsburgh?. While Cimetra is not currently EDI capable, we do monitor and manage Commerce Hubs, such as with Home Depot, Groupon or Amazon. Cimetra receives orders in many different ways; faxes, emails or imports from Commerce Hubs.
We started with Cimetra in 1977 - can it really be over 44 years already? Cimetra has been taking care of our freight forwarding since then. When we became ISO9001 and took over our own manufacturing, Cimetra continued the freight forwarding, always 100% dependable and prompt. Their great service and support is always appreciated.
