Everyone there is very helpful and kind. I love Dr. Espy and she has a wonderful staff who always take great care of me! From the front desk to seeing Dr. Espy the visit is comfortable and informative. I especially appreciate Rhonda who does the testing of my eyes. She does her job very professionally and makes it a relaxing almost enjoyable experience. Thank you to everyone! I appreciate all of you!!

Today was my first time, and being new to state insurance I was scared I was going to be treated differently and looked down upon like other offices. That was not the case, every staff member was kind and had a smile on their face and the doctor and Michelle were so kind and helpful. I even called my mom and told her she needed to switch to here asap!

I have always had wonderful experience's with this office .

I tired to make an appointment to get glasses. But they told me that they wouldn't see me because one of my family members used to work there. I had nothing to do with that but they still refused to see me. Also there receptionist were very rude when I called back and they realized who I was. This is not okay! There's way better optometrists anyway no wonder they keep losing business and staff.

Staff is very unhelpful!!! Guarantee this place will be shut down in 5 years.
First they refuse to replace my pair of glasses that they obviously messed up. Gave me the run around for 2 months. Then finally they had to replace them.
3 months later i go to order my warranty pair. They refuse to order my warranty replacement glasses without having the pair I need to see.
All eyeglass retailers that I know of can order your replacement glasses without receiving your old pair at the time of ordering. The pair is ALWAYS typically given back when the new glasses

I absolutely love this eye doctor, i tried a few other doctors after going here and was highly disappointed and decided to return back here. Their store is very neat and clean, staff is awesome and very respectful and listen to your concerns. The doctor explains things for you very good and diagnosis, she was very nice and caring and also set me up with a patient portal so i will always be able to look up my diagnosis to my eyes and do more research to better understand. I will only be coming here from now on.
