In 2019, Donna Lynne did a complete remodel of the interior of our home. This included removing some interior walls, rearranging some rooms, updating the entire kitchen, baths and redoing the fireplace. She also replaced most of the exterior doors, a few windows and interior doors.
All of this was done in four months while we were away. When we returned it was like a reveal on the Property Brothers. Everything was done to very high standards. We will definitely use Donna Lynne again for any additional projects and have already recommended her to friends.

I have had the honor and privilege of working with DonnaLynne and her staff for over 12 years. She assisted me with a complete remodel of my 1970’s home. When I was thinking of remodeling, I called about 6 builders and she was the only one that even called me back. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She is very knowledgeable with products and materials and her subcontractors are as well. She completed my remodel on time and within budget… what… that is unheard of?! Donna Lynne Custom Homes helped us with a complete renovation and large addition to a home we bought on Fernandina Beach (see attached for The SpongeBob Transformation). The photos speak for themselves! While the build was a massive undertaking (especially since we were living out of state), Donna Lynne and Heather remained pleasant, patient and professional throughout the entire process (as did their contractors)! The project was completed on time (even with change orders and unexpected issues). The work is guaranteed and it exceeded our expectations! Donna Lynne Custom Homes are not the cheapest

My husband Randy Brintnell and I asked Donna Lynne Custom Homes, Inc to completely renovate our house. The house had good bones but needed new floors, new plumbing, new electricity, new Master suite and many other upgrades. They did a marvelous job and 4 years later we are still very happy with our home. We highly recommend Donna Lynne Custom Homes. The work was done with Robyn Branch Design and architect John Dodd. What a great team!

We first used Donna Lynne to renovate our two bedroom, two bath, ocean front condo at Amelia Island Plantation. We had some very definite ideas about certain aspects of the renovation but not others and we found Donna Lynne to be masterful at understanding our style and suggesting options. With her help, our renovation turned out to be better than we had imagined! She has been our "go to person" ever since!
