Please read all other reviews they are 100% true. I’ve been going to Dr. Beede‘s office since he took this practice over. His wife who answers the phone ( who has now left me in tears)and manages the office, has horrible customer service abilities, very Rude inconsiderate and has no regard to patients. I am leaving after all these years which is very hard for someone who does not like change, but my last visit, I was called into see the doctor only for them to tell me I need to see someone else. They collected my money quickly and then I sat in a room for over an hour, some intern came in to

RUDE, DISGUSTING - JUST AWFUL. I GIVE THEM A BIG FAT 0 FOR A REVIEW...I had a medical emergency and needed a prescription filled out and Sharon Beede told me she refused to help me. Claimed I abused her. How is asking for a prescription to be filled out by the last Dr. that saw me abuse? DO NOT USE THIS DR. THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE. I've never posted a bad review in my life - I'm stunned at the phone call I just received from Sharon Beede, Dr. Beede's wife. WOW. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

What the other reviews state is 100% true. The front office staff is rude and unprofessional. I informed them my best friend got tested positive for tuberculosis and I needed to be checked immediately since I was showing symptoms. You would think the staff would be caring but absolutely not. They refused to see me because my prior doctor never sent my lab results which was 1 year ago even though the lab result have nothing to do with my current situation. For a person that is already in panic about their health, this incredibly disheartening and proves that the office doesn't care about the well

I’ve been going to Dr. Beede‘s office for two years, I believe if I’m not mistaken his wife who answers the phone and handles the office work, has horrible customer service abilities, very Rude inconsiderate and has no regard to patients and or patients needs. For that being the final straw I will no longer be a patient of Dr. Beede. I will also add, as a person who traveled from one side of the country to the other as well moved a lot because of my job requirements, everywhere I’ve went as far as a doctor is concerned, although Dr. Beede is very nice and courteous and explained your situation

All this doctor care is collecting your money. Read all other 1 star reviews, they are all correct. He refused to sign for my phisioterapy because I didn't see him for 1 month. He refused to renew my prescription for BP because I didn't see him for 2 months. He recommended vaccination that caused me GBS and he refused to acknowledge that possibility even after the farmaceutiche company advertise the possibility on TV. All he cares is $$$. Pay your 3 months copay visit and he will sign any paper you want. Desperate for money and careless for your well been.

Both I and my brother have been patients of Dr Beede for decades. He may be an ok Dr if you are only going in for check ups, but on the few and rare occasions when I needed real medical attention or some flexibility, he and his staff fell far short.
Like so many of his other patients, I have had more than a few heated encounters with his staff, particularly his manager Sharon who is extremely abrasive, obnoxious, and condescending. I guess this is her power play. Shame on Dr Beede for allowing his patients to be treated like this.

I've been Dr. Beede's patient for the last 6 years. Before leaving the premises the staff makes sure to schedule my next appointment every 3 months including Lab work. I had few encounters with Sharon before, over my Prescriptions by Mail. She is a short fuse very disrespectful, Rude and Hostile. After raising her voice, talking over me, not listening to what I had to say, told me I was taking too much of her time and that I was the Only Patients of hundreds that has this Issue with the prescriptions, and hang up on me WOW. The Issue: They rejected and cancelled my Prescriptions on many occasions

Called to refill a prescription. The attendant was full of attitude about the fact that it had been 372 days since my last appointment. I asked if I could speak to someone else, and she said that I shouldn't bother because she was going to close my file and cancel my account with the doctor. HUH? I was respectful and courteous on the phone, and she responded by refusing service to me? Unbelievably rude interaction.

I strongly suggest thinking twice before using Dr. Scott Beede. The office staff is abrasive and not friendly. The office often has wait times in excess of 45 minutes for scheduled appts. They are unwilling to provide medical services needed in a timely manner such as refilling prescriptions. They commonly hold Rx refills as ransom to have patients come in for unnecessary office visits. I assume to be able to charge or bill insurance providers for the visits. This office does not prioritize needs of their patients. I will never go back.
