Stoney Lonesome Motorcycle Club (SLMC) was founded in 1945 to promote motorcycling. SLMC is a not-for-profit organization, donating proceeds to various local charities and organizations. SLMC is chartered by the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) and organizes AMA-sanctioned events such as Indiana District 15 Hare Scrambles, National Dual Sport Trail Rides, Trials, and other events from its 300+ acre club grounds.
The series consists of 5 motorcycles-only races, followed by the annual Team Race and Banquet at the end of the year. Pee-Wee, Mini, and Big Bike classes are all structured according to AMA rules. SLMC races and events are governed by the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) rules. Understand the rules before your first race or refresh yourself on the most up-to-date version of the AMA Rule Book.
