About Us Report

Trained at the famed Culinary Institute Of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., Peter Kuenzi developed his signature style while cooking at upscale restaurants in Marco Island, Fl. and Chicago in the late 1980's. Kuenzi returned to Northeast Wisconsin in 1992 to serve as executive chef for the Oshkosh Power Boat Club.

I have grown up getting food from Zuppas and i thought id get some today to be honest it was pretty bad. The waldrof chicken sandwich had no seasoning not even some salt, and the chicken tasted canned. The only highlight was the lemon bar which was amazing as all ways. I wont be ordering from here again tho. I am super disappointed, it used to be so good.

Great deli style food. Relaxed casual atmosphere with self seating dining. Great for a quick bite or lunch meeting. Plenty of prepared take away items as well.

I enjoyed a pesto pizza with a glass of red wine while doing some college coursework. I got the about 45 minutes before the dinner rush, and almost had the whole dining area to myself.

I am really having a hard time understanding all of the good reviews for this place. The first time I ordered a pasta dish from here I took 2 bites and threw it out. The noodles were over cooked and it was very bland. Then on occasion my work orders box lunches from this place and I have the same opinion. The bread on the sandwiches are dry and not much flavor in the pasta salad.

We love Zuppas! We had our first date there and they ended up catering our June wedding this year. The food is always delicious. Many of our wedding guests said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding.

Quite certain the flour tortilla was moldy… cauliflower didn’t look so good either. The lady on the phone wasn’t really friendly either. ALSO the mac and cheese had no flavor… needless to say we WONT be back and expect a refund.

The best, healthiest food served here, cafeteria style. I love their homemade chips and the quiche with a pear salad.
The dinning room area is open, clean, and spacious. There is outdoor dining available also. Yummy!

I don't know why they don't have a menu you can look at while you wait in line to order. They also need a better system for the server to find your table when delivering hot food, I watched someone roam around a few minutes stopping at lots of tables with what turned out to be my sandwich. The food was fine.
