Canopies

Doug made this the easiest part our wedding! It looked fantastic, crews were super efficient, and our tent saved us from a surprise rain storm. We will always use Canopies for event needs in the future!

I called for a quote and their prices seem reasonable/competitive. However when I told the man that I spoke to the date of the event, 7/3/22, he said it would be a "hard sell" because no one is going to want to pick up chairs on the night of July 3rd...
He also said that the delivery would be $1000, which is their highest fee. Because it's inconvenient for him or the employees?? He also seemed annoyed to be answering my questions. Either way, I will take my business elsewhere.

My experience with their customer service was awful. The individual on the phone seemed annoyed by my questions and ultimately told me to go to Menards for an event tent because they were booked for the summer and he couldn’t help me. I will not be contacting or recommending this company.

Excellent customer service. Ken helped me with an issue I had with a cover and got me a response immediately.

Be warned Canopies is difficult to work with, they make paying them a challenge and then they charge you even after an order was cancelled. I had contacted them about rentals for a business event about 6 weeks prior to event date. Received a quoteand discussed credit card payment. I was shocked that they didn't take credit cards in this digital age. We could have paid by check but when we tried to get moving on that payment process they missed a phone call and did respond to voice mail. They also did not respond to an email asking to discuss how to pay them, what the charges were etc. I called

Always very respectful and prompt. Staff will load and unload your rentals from your truck upon pickup or drop off. If your looking for a party tent rental this is your place. This business also offer other types of party rentals such as tables and chairs, table linen, and tents.

We used Canopies Rental for all of our bar glassware at our wedding on 5/25/19. They were easy to order from, made the pickup/drop off process simple and the staff is so personable! We will continue to recommend them to family and friends in the Milwaukee area.

This is the place to go for detailed, courteous staff when renting and planning a party! From the get go, they gave me suggestions, rolled with a few changes and and from planning to set up and take down, Canopies is the best in the greater Milwaukee area.
I saw staff wiping down every single chair before being placed and witnessed much more of their attention to detail when placement of tables and draping occurred.
Fair pricing, great coordinators and a big thanks to Doug for making the wedding a spectacular day!
