We were created in 1987 to encourage the growth and stability of small businesses in Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, helping them to create jobs in our communities and fully contribute to our regional economy. As the premier Microlender in the South Jersey region, we achieve our mission by making direct, transparent, fair, and competitive interest rate loans with low fees.
We also stand together with the Asian & Pacific Islander communities and other members of the BIPOC (Black Indigenous Persons of Color) communities, who continue to experience inequitable treatment due to systemic racism, and conscious and unconscious bias.

Harry Stone joined CBAC in 1999. As President/Chief Executive Officer of CBAC, he manages all lending and technical assistance activities and working relationships with various local, state, and federal stakeholders. For the past 40 years, Harry has worked in commercial lending and economic development; serving in positions such as President, Director of Lending, Branch Manager, and Commercial Loan Officer in Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia.
