Great energy great crew of people there. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and super caring. The assistant even asked if she wanted me to hold her hand because I mentioned I was a little nervous for a tooth extraction. You know how you go to a new place and everything is just in sync? Cooper City Family Dentistry is that place for me. We just moved here in the fall so we have asked our friends for referrals. This place came highly recommended by friends and also by our community.
The office is super clean and so brand spanking new looking. I had the first appointment for the day and I was early so I didn't wait long. I was also able to download all new patient forms online and print from home so that was completed before I stepped foot into the office. This is the most convenient thing ever.

Very clean, modern office. The employees are a bit unprofessional. They're always chatting with each other while you are waiting. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth explained that some one else would do the polishing, which is fine. So she walked away and I could hear her chatting with someone behind me for about 10 minutes. Then she returned and said she would be polishing my teeth. It made me wonder why am I sitting here longer than I need to?

What an amazing place! I had sudden tooth nightmare and I called their number after hours and I was called back so quickly. Even more amazing was Dr. Alfredo Martin was so nice to take me even though they were not open today due to the Holiday weekend. He happen to be in the area and was stopping in and personally called me on my cell to say he would come in and see me! That's floored me and I was so extremely grateful since I had not slept all night and the pain was so severe I was about to go the hospital.
