We stayed at your Spring, Texas resort. No pool for half our week, no internet the entire 7 day stay, and people speed in the resort. Having 3 kids staying at one of the cabins we were shocked how fast cars… drove by our cabin! Be aware very unsafe by the cabins that are by the entrance. Especially with a child with special needs. Our camping experience was disappointing. The resort amenities were constantly breaking. Not kid friendly what so ever! We will never stay here again! The pool was gross!

We purchased a home on the golf course at Pueblo El Mirage in February 2020. Within the first year living there our lease has been raised significantly, the condition of the golf course has deteriorated to the point of being a goat trail. It's becoming a truly sad place to live. If Roberts doesn't want to maintain the golf course, then they should sell it to someone who does. I love our house, but we are starting to regret moving there.

I live at the Roberts Resort in El Mirage AZ. I have tried to contact someone in the Corporate office on three different occasions and left messages each time that were not returned. Our gym has not been opened and gyms across AZ have been opened by Governor Ducey I am trying to find out why we have been neglected. It is very frustrating to be ignored when you have a question you would like to have answered.

Roberts Resorts has always been a 5 star resort in our view. Coming to Gold Canyon for 8 full fall and winter seasons and plan on continuing our travels here in this resort.
We travel and look & stay in other Roberts resorts when traveling knowing we will have the top care protection and be listened to in needs. Fun in the sun! Join us!

I have a neighbor who is a habitual loud music player whom I have called the police on numerous occasions. I have complained numerous times to my property manager and she won't do anything about it she keeps telling me to call the police, I'm tired of having to call them all the time.
