Customer acknowledges they may need to have cleaning done after the finishing is done, and may chose to have their duct work cleaned after. Customer has opted out of dust control sytem, light-medium cleaning is to be expected. We recently had a floor installed by 1wood floors, it was a great experience.

Chris refinished our stair treads this summer. They were an unmitigated disaster from years and years (decades?) of being re-carpeted. The color turned out so beautiful and it blew my mind how he rebuilt a… completely chewed up corner of a bottom step. We didn’t get any other quotes for the work because we liked the owner, Ed, so much so I have no idea how the pricing compares to others out there but we are very pleased with the end product and will definitely use 1 Wood Floors for any future refinishing needs.

From the showroom to the actual flooring job, the folks at 1 Wood Floors have been great to work with. Ed, the owner, came to the house to get the measurements, give recommendations on types of wood. Megan at the storefront was also great in answering all my questions in person as well as email. Roslyn kept in contact with me from scheduling the wood delivery, when the movers and plumber would come by to take care of what needed to be done prior to the actual flooring job. Aaron was awesome. He ended up having to do a ton of prep work to the floor including having replace part of the plywood subfloor

About a year and half ago I had another company do my floors.. It looked like Ray Charles put the stain down and they ran the roller so fast bubbles formed in the lacquer..;I would never use them again.. And I will name then Conti.........
This time I chose 1 Wood Floors.. I couldn't be more happier that I choose them, Ed was able to schedule the job before I moved into my house and Chris did an excellent job of refinishing the floors, they were very professional, and the floors are absolutely beautiful.You cant go wrong choosing 1 Wood Floors..The best in my opinion in the area.....

We had 3 bedrooms, a hallway and family room re-carpeted. We also had our wood floor re-sanded, stained and treated. Both were fantastic. Very impressed with the workmanship. Also the owner Ed followed up and made sure that everything was to our liking. They were very courteous, and trustworthy with our home. Very Pleased.

We just had our floors redone with 1 Wood Flooring and they did an amazing job! Our floors were in terrible shape and Ed came in and did an estimate and explained the process to us and detailed what he was going to do. Excellent work. We had carpet in our dining room that I have wanted removed for years! I finally got my husband to agree to getting it removed and hardwood installed. They matched flooring in my dining room to… existing flooring impeccably. It looks original to the house and is just perfect! We had the original area refinished as well and had nearly zero dust!! My husband did not think we needed this done and he actually said it looks very nice and is glad I suggested it!! I would recommend them in a second to anyone! Thank you for such a great job!!!!! Very, very happy.

I was very impressed with the quality of the product and service we received. There were a couple of issues with the installation, but the company was quick to correct the issues, took full ownership and stood behind both the work and the product. We could have found a cheaper vendor, but I doubt they would have stood behind their work like one wood floors. We made the right choice!

Original 1 star review: Unbelievable. Scheduled an estimate with them twice. And twice they did not show up. No call, no email, no reason. Would have liked to see if they could do good work, but it doesn't look promising as they don't appear to value customer's time.
Updated review: Ed called me himself and apologized. He took responsibility for the scheduling errors and made himself available to come conduct the estimate.
