Our goal is to manage your company's accounting and help you understand your cash flow so that you can focus on running your business and make better decisions for your future. We will be your entire accounting department-we have you covered from customer invoicing and collections to vendor bill pay and payroll.
Unlike some other bookkeeping firms, we do not bill by the hour. After a complete assessment of your business's accounting needs, we provide you with a flat monthly fee, making it easier for you to budget. You will know exactly how much you are going to pay each month-no surprises! If your company uses any other accounting systems, we can still help.
During our initial free consultation, we learn all about your business and discuss what you are looking for from a bookkeeper. We will figure out everyone's responsibilities and how our two companies can work perfectly together. The more we can learn at this stage, the easier the rest will be. If your company already has an accounting system in place, we will take a look at some of your recent records and reports.
