Services
Euro Home Care was established in 2003. Elizabeth began her career as a nurse's aid at a convalescent home in New Britain, CT. There, the population of patients was primarily immigrants from Poland. Elizabeth recalls, My ability to speak a foreign language (Polish) was a benefit for those clients in need of a multilingual caregiver.
Euro Homecare provides emotional support for seniors who are generally healthy and who want to remain independent at home. Engaging in conversation, sharing personal stories and experiences, activities. Euro Homecare provides assistance with daily living. Light housekeeping, meal prep, cleaning, changing linens, grocery shopping, and medication reminders are just some tasks that may be included.
Caregivers are challenged with providing the needed services to adults and seniors who are no longer able to care for themselves. Not every person has what it takes to meet the demands that a caregiver faces every day. They must be capable of empathy and compassion while having the skills to provide the variety and level of care that is needed on a client-to-client basis.

I have found that the management and employees have the best interests and welfare of all their clientele. Goes beyond a standard level of service and performance in all caregiving duties.

We've been working with EHC for about six months. We live 1000 miles away and need to manage my mom's 24 hr care remotely. EHC was able to set up interviews for me while I planned to be in Connecticut and we were able to get a care-giver in place before we left to return home. Although we have had to make two changes and are on our 3rd carer, each time it was managed well and handled efficiently (either through FaceTime or phone calls) with no lapse in care. EHC has excellent office support - my case-worker is Jennifer - who checks in regularly and assists with any and all issues. She is available

Euro puts the "care" in Homecare. We have been with Euro since 2019 and are over the moon with their attention to our needs. Elizabet, Jennifer, and the entire Euro Homecare staff work tirelessly, including weekends, to make sure that we have the best 24/7 care available. I told Jennifer in great detail about the kind of person we needed and she delivered. I used to work for a staffing service and know first-hand what it takes. It isn't easy, but it is rewarding. Our family feels blessed.

If you care about your loved ones, DO NOT HIRE THIS AGENCY. They come up with every excuse in the book for why they can not provide you with a steady care giver. They tell lie after lie, and when you catch them in a lie they lie somemore. They only care about profits, not the patient at all. For the sake of your loved ones.......PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY CARE! This agency should be investigated! EDIT: Her claim below is false, you keep a minimum amount of state patients because you have to! Also, you claim is that you dont recognize my name so......... Does a caregiver named Lollie

I found a EuroHome Care job advertisement in endeed.com. I sent my resume and made an appointment by phone. Two hours before the interview, they texted to me:
“Good Morning * , this is * from Euro Homecare unfortunately I will not be able to meet you today due to * not being here, I will have to get back to you at some point today to reschedule I apologize for any inconvince”.
No one called me in that day, and the next day too. In two days I texed them, nobody replayed.

This agency is a class act. The owner, Elizabeth, will go above and beyond to find you a caregiver that is the perfect fit. Her staff is amazing. I’ve been working with Jennifer and she is the gold standard in customer service. I would highly recommend them without hesitation!

I as an employee for Euro home care and someone who has known Elizabeth for over 10 years, I can attest that she treats her employees well. Whenever I was in a tough situation and sled her to lend me money or get me help she was always there for me. She is a pioneer in this kind of business with a keen sense of what her clients need. And from what I have seen, she goes out of her way to make her employees and clients happy.

A Health Care Agency should be dedicated to improving the quality of life for a client's needs. Attention, care and concern beginning with the intake personnel to the placement of a care provider should be the beginning of services that are comfortable and reassuring to assist seniors with living as independently as possible.

The support at Euro Home Care in Plainville, CT was inadequate and inferior. Twice we were promised caregivers to begin working with my father. The coordinator came to my father's house with the caregiver for training. The caregiver never showed up at the start
