We always have such a pleasant office visit at Magic Valley Orthodontics! The friendly staff smile through their eyes, keeping all safety precautions for both staff and patients first and foremost with mask requirements, hand sanitizer at the entrance, and temperature checks before entering. The Dr. has such a pleasant dissipation and makes sure the parents understand what is exactly happening so you are aware of your child's treatment plan. I highly recommend Magic Valley Orthodontics for all your extra orthodontic needs.

The staff is wonderful and a clean safe enviroment. However, we had to return twice the same day they had been fitted to have 2 separate reattachings, then at 4 am on friday a brace glue and all popped out of her mouth exposing wire... They are not open nor have an on call dentist.. Her birthday is tomorrow and no other orthodontist will help because it interferes with thier treatment.. But no one from this office is available..! It's a shame.

Everyone at Magic Valley Orthodontics is amazing. From the moment you walk in, your greeted with a welcoming front desk. They get you back on time which is great! Dr. McMinn is so awesome! He really takes his time to consult with you about the best ways to achieve your goals, wants, and needs. He’s very thorough in his examination and sets each expectation throughout the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend Magic Valley Orthodontics! I’m so excited to start my treatment!

I’ve visited your office in the morning and early afternoon. All times have been busy, but nothing like after 3pm. There are way too many people scheduled for one orthodontist to handle on his own. The wait in the waiting room isn’t too long, but the wait after the hygienist is finished with you is entirely too long. What’s the point of one hygienist per chair and only one orthodontist. That said, the care and service is great once you actually see someone.
