I saw your giant "Anyone "BUTT" Hillary" and Trump/Pence signs on your front lawn and just want to let you know that I am boycotting any business that supported Trump, as it is a good indicator to me that you are definitely not someone to do business with.
You clearly have no trouble with someone who has a long history of fraudulent business practices, and when I read through your reviews, I see that your company has also done some fraudulent things: charging people more than necessary, claiming that it will be refunded, and then conveniently not refunding

We have been using Nardone for over 9 years without issue. Tonight we are sitting here without heat because they failed to deliver. We have never had an issue before. We have a credit card on file and we have never had a disruption of service until one of the coldest winter nights. They won't answer or return our calls- not even the emergency service number. We will be getting our next delivery from someone else.

I have been using Nardone Oil for a while. They were recently sold to a bigger service but still running under the name Nardone Oil. Although they are fairly timely in their delivery (definitely not like they used to be) they only take credit card payments. Which is fine until I looked at my credit card statement and they had over charged at least $100 the last two fills. When I called and asked them about this, they said that they authorized the credit card for a 150 gallon fill - no matter what you've ordered (they have a 100 gallon minimum) and then refund you. IF they happen to remember
