Selecting this group was by pure chance. But I was so fortunate to have them. I was blindsided by a sewage leak that created untold damage. Then old linoleum was found under my ceramic tile that was found to have asbestos backing from the early 80s. As an older woman on my own, all of this was overwhelming physically and emotionally. My insurance adjuster was difficult to top it off. Then Arnie and his team entered the situation. I was in tears as I tried to explain what was going on. He took the load off my shoulders and dealt with my insurance directly. I always knew when he would be here to

Arnie was the best, he was always on time, professional 💯 percent as well as his helpers. The company in a whole had great customer service and great quality. So, recently we had major flooding upstairs that eventually made it downstairs. Called up Renew Restoration and they were on site within the hour. This team of highly professional guys were fast, efficient and great. My questions or concerns were always addressed in a timely manner. When the job was done, everything was perfect.

Eric and his team did a great job in a bathroom I am remodeling. We unexpectedly had an issue. Eric was able to get out to the house almost immediately and take care of it. A few days later we were ready to go and back on track with the remodel. He was very professional and did outstanding work. Very happy. I would highly recommend him.
