We stayed to bike at Angel Fire Bike Park and the location is amazing. The owner is a very cool guy who snowboards and bikes. They were closed when we called to make last minute reservations and he still got back to us and gave us a site. There’s is a enclosed off leash dog park at far end of the property. Even though the spaces are tight strangely nobody made a sound after 9:30. It was dead silent. There is laundry facilities and full hookups and I’d recommend supporting this helpful young guy who loaned us an RV plug adapter in case we had to be powered up at bike park since I ruined my house

This is a bias review, cause this is my business. But I like to come on every once in a while and let anyone who may read this know that we are always trying to upgrade the park and improve our guests experience. Beyond our continued improvements to our wifi network, which we often get compliments on the speeds, we built 4 new sites last year, will be building 14 new sites this year (all 50 amp FHU very long and wide sites) and we will be adding a dog park. We hope you check us out.

Our stay was so peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains in fall colors. The bathrooms were so clean and the shower water pressure was amazing. Every morning two hot air balloons drifted over the campgrounds. We are planning our next trip to Angel Fire and it will include staying at Monte Verde RV Park.

This is an owner review. Kinda cheating I know, but Melody and I just celebrated our 4 year Anniversary as the owners of the MVRV Park and wanted to send our best wishes to all our guest who have stayed and enjoyed our little park. We are especially grateful for those who left us good reviews. For those who haven't enjoyed our place, we invite you to return. We have upgraded our wifi, many of our sites and are still expanding. Check out our website to see all the new stuff going on!

Spent 5 weeks at Monte Verde during March and April in our 33ft fifth wheel. The campground and owners were wonderful. The location is convenient to several hiking trails and ski resort. 45 min drive to Taos. The laundry area was clean and convenient. The views were amazing. Will have to visit again when slightly warmer and not under a pandemic lock down to really soak in the beauty. Thanks for a great stay.

Spent 4 nights here last week. This was out maiden voyage in a remodelled Airstream Argosy, and we are very new to RVing. Joe and Melody made it a memorable trip, and set the bar very high for service.
When we called to book only two weeks before July 4th, we were able to get the last spot. Joe wanted to make sure we could back in OK, so he re-arranged some others to get us space 19. It was perfect. We arrived a little earlier than we expected, still late afternoon, and were promptly invited to a cookout and the fireworks at Eagle Nest Lake. Wow. Quite a welcome. We immediately made friends

Great location near trails and and the ski resort. We stayed one night as we were on a road trip hitting multiple spots. I wish we had more time to stay here and explore the area, tons of hiking and biking trails as well as the ski resort. The owner Joe was very professional and accommodating ( we came to check in after night skiing so the office was technically closed). If we are ever in the area we will be back without a doubt.

Great little campground. Me and a friend stayed here for the opening weekend at AF bike park. The couple that owns the place (new owners as of September 16) are incredible. They're young, and extremely eager to keep their customers happy. They're both extremely busy making improvements non stop. Clean restrooms, great location (1 mile from the mountain). Going back to the bike park later this summer, and have no question on where I'm staying. Great place and GREAT owners make this one an easy review. Keep it up guys!!!!!!

10 stars, I stayed for skiing
Cheapest yet nicest RV park I've stayed at , and with the UPMOST quality of service and atmosphere. Family run, they really make you feel at home. One of the owners even went out of her way to give me a ride into town!
The location is gorgeous. I spent at least an hour taking photos. There is a very clean bathroom/shower house on sight.

I can understand why RVers like this place, but DON'T tent camp here.
We got there late because of the holiday weekend. The owner had left us a bathroom key but no other instructions. This wouldn't have been a problem if a map was available of the site or if we had been assigned a site. Virtually no communication. We had to ask some other campers where tents were supposed to be set up.
Tent camping consists of a yard in front of the owners house (where she watches you like a hawk). No privacy from her or other campers. Parking was across the way, far from the tent yard unless you
