Amazing product knowledge very awesome experience as far as customer service would definitely recommend this to anyone. I needed to get a computer for my daughter because one of her teachers has decided not to accept any more work on paper (computer only) to be honest that sounds a little shady to me I'm not even sure if she's allowed to do that. I'm a provider so we started looking around and this is the best deal in town you will find for a very reasonable price. I got an amazing system for a very good price. I am extremely pleased and very grateful.

Absolutely terrible experience, have been waiting for days for a shipment of ram to come in. When it finally came in I drove to the store from Georgetown, a nearly 45 minute, and they decided to close an hour early. The employee knew we were coming and they still decided to close early without telling us when we called them right before we left. Completely unprofessional and lazy.

The best prices and best work in the area! Russ and his team are top notch! If you want to buy a used laptop, go see these guys. Best deals in town. I have had 5 different laptops services by Russ over the past 5 years, as I own a small business. Amazing service and constant communication with what is happening with my products. The reviewer that mentions “they were closed” upon her arrival, she didn’t pay attention to the phone number posted on the door that clearly states “for 24/7 service, please call this number”. Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!
